The bathroom with the shower curtain made it almost impossible to shower without making a mess. It's also very loud, you hear people workng in the morning and everyone that comes in during the night. It was also very cold at the begining of april.

The localisation was very good, 10 minute walk from the airport bus station, and very close to the turistic center of the city. Breakest was good and it was very clean. The staff was nice and helpful. Self check-in so you can arrive even late at night.

Shower curtain

Kumba is central to the old town and new. The staff are friendly and welcoming. The beds are comfortable, only downside is that damn shower curtain. The room is small, but who goes on holiday to sit in their room. Views from the balcony is lovely Breakfast is varied and always fresh. Will definitely be back

Maybe some mosquito nets will help to feel better at night for those who are not very fond of air conditioners and sleep with open windows.

From the beggining to the end the communication with the hotel was very good and detailed. The check-in system with a key box is very good for late chek-in and no need to rush for the reception. The breakfast was amazing with a lot of different sweet and savory options. The staff are kind and very friendly and it is always a pleasure to be greeted with a smile for "Good morning"!

No water in the room or cafe for the guests . No dishes ,glasses other things like this in the room . The bathroom was not in the best condition.

Amazing sea view from the 6th floor. Very good breakfast cooked with love by a girl from Ukraine ,varieties of fresh juice . The room was really huge with a big terrace ( Would be great if you put a stuff for taking sun tan there ) .

The shower was too small, the shower head didn't stay in place, each shower flooded the tiny bathroom. It seems a small thing to fix. Also balcony door didn't lock

Property is located ten minutes away from the old town. Room has a balcony which contains a partial sea view. Air conditioning is working great and WiFi is strong as well. Staff is friendly and helpful. Parking is not available however the closets free parking Avea Old Factory is about 300 meters from the property. Breakfast has a great variety of food.

The hotel is very loud, you can hear everything from the street and other rooms, bathroom is old. Also the hotel is offering an airport transfer, but they order you a very expensive taxi (we paid almost 45 euro to the airport, when we were getting to this hotel by ourself, we paid only 30)

I like the breakfast, personal was very nice, and the location was great- only 10 min to the city. On the website they offered coffee and tea station in the room, it was not there, but the personal made it for us.

Shower was extremely small so was difficult to not flood the bathroom as constantly getting tangled in the shower curtain, perhaps just me but also not a big deal. Though bathroom door would not shut so we had to keep putting something behind the door when either of us were using the bathroom.

Absolutely lovely little hotel tucked away just a few metres from the coastline but still offering sea and harbour views. Our room was huge and the balcony big. Lovely light breakfast offered each morning with an outdoor seating area. Perfect base to see Chania, 5 minute walk to Harbour and 10 minute walk to Nea Chora beach. will definitely be returning and highly recommend, thank you for a lovely stay.

The location of the hotel was perfect (near to beaches and old town too). All staff were kind and helpful (thanks for borrow your umbrella). Breakfasts were multifarious.

I would have preferred if the room-service had cleaned the room (not only tidied it up) every second day.

The location of the hotel is quite amazing (few mins to Chania's port/old town & the bus station).. The staff was very friendly.
