Everything you could possibly need can be found in this apartment on the 4th floor. From washing machine to fully equipped kitchen with all the necessities. Your temporary home is spacious with incredible views of the surrounding mountains, including the mighty Taygetos with its snow peaks. Both from your living room and from the huge balcony where the sun shines in in the morning. You feel like the king staying in this apartment. Then a note about the very friendly pleasant owner Mike with whom you can have an interesting conversation if you want. Again our sincere thanks for everything!

The host was very friendly and accommodating. The kitchen and fridge were nicely stocked with complementary stuff. The place was very clean and well maintained. The host had lovely recommendations for the city, we very much enjoyed the restaurant he told us about. I would absolutely recommend staying here.

We had a one week family trip in Peloponnese and stayed in Sparta only for one night, but it definitely won the first prize - it was the best of all accommodations! The location is perfect: the apartment is on the edge of the city, easily accessible (next to the bus station), but also easy to park the car, restaurants and shops are 10 minutes' walk away. Two balconies with great views, two comfy bedrooms, spacious bathroom, everything you need in the kitchen. Mike was a great host, took the time to explain everything, so we really felt welcomed. We only regret that we could have stayed longer... 🙂

The rooster early in the morning - but that is part of being in Greece!!

This is a fantastic apartment complete with every facility you could possibly ask for. We were in the middle of a long road trip of the Peloponnese and so welcomed the washing machine and balcony to dry our clothes before travelling onwards. The host was so friendly and informative, he couldn't have been more helpful, providing us with recommendations for a restaurant in the evening. Everything was planned with the guest's needs in mind, including a fridge containing bottled water and breakfast supplies, plus tea & coffee. And even washing powder for the washing machine! The host lives in another apartment in the building and so is on hand if needed. The whole apartment was immaculate and the furnishings very comfortable and well appointed.

An apartment, 3rd floor with elevator, composed of a living room that also includes a kitchen area, two bedrooms and a bathroom. We appreciated the full range of good quality appliances. The cleanliness is impeccable. Air conditioning in each of the three rooms. We loved the wonderful view from the two terraces. Quiet area. The host kind and responsive to our request. We found everything is necessary for a breakfast. We recommend as a base for exploring southern Peloponnese.

This was probably the cleanest rental property I have had, all with new tiles, kitchen, windows, A\C, sparkling bedsheets, etc. The location was very convenient, since it had easy acccess to the highway and was a 10-15 walk of the main square in Sparta, full of restaurants and shops.

Beautiful apartment, just like in the pictures. Great location. Easy access to the highway. Plenty of restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance. The host (Mike) was very helpful in recommending places to visit and very friendly. Kitchen is well stocked. Mike had some bottles of water in the fridge for us, which were appreciated after a long trip. Recommend 100%. Loved our stay.

There was a strange smell at the evening on the balconies, but we didn't use them anyway due to the weather. Next morning everything is good, sun, no smells, had our own breakfast with beautiful views there. Oh, some crazy rooster woke us up in the middle of the night.

The apartment was modern comfortable and well equipped. Amazing panorama of the valley and the mountains from the balcony. Just the first apartment building when you enter Sparta so you can easily find it and park. Relatively calm position. The landlord was very kind and helpful.

Very nice host and the apartment has an astounding view on the mountains. Since Sparta isn't the biggest city you can reach everything by foot and there are also some nice coffee places around. The interior design is one of the best we have ever seen!

This is a super comfortable apartment that is decorated with original artworks by a local artist, and it was the perfect stop for our traveling family, driving around Greece. We had come to see Sparta, do a mosaic art class with a local artist, drop by the museum of the olive, and spend a night en route to the coast of Mani. You are four floors up and will have a view of the hills around Sparti, plus a small old-fashioned elevator to take you to your floor. (Two person occupancy.) The host is extremely welcoming and will set you up with some basics like coffee, jam/honey, brochures about nearby attractions, dinner recommendations, etc. We took advantage of the apartment’s washing machine to do some laundry and dried it on a rack on the balcony. We would highly recommend booking if you are looking for affordable accommodations where you can spread out and relax.

Unfortunately as non smokers we missed out that the property was allowing smoking guests and the lingering smell was quite strong. So if you are looking for a smoke free property this might be a issue. The property is beside the highway entrance / exit and you might hear some loud noise from the vehicles at any time, even with double glasses windows.

Mike was an exceptional host. He was patient , helpful and extremely available to help us in any possibile way. The house was extremely well equipped and functional , especially compared to other Greek properties we have used. Water pressure was perfect and hot water was never a problem.

It was a wonderful experience! The flat is nice, spacious and very comfortable. Mike, the host, is a fine person with whom you can chat about past and present times while looking at Mt. Taygetus from the terrasse. So sorry we stayed for one night only. Next time longer!
