Great location, in the middle of Fira, close to everything, and easy to access. The view from the room is exceptional. Sofia was very helpful and friendly, she helped us throughout our stay a lot. The room was big, clean and very well equipped.

There wasn't anything we didn't like, there were some bugs that congregated at night but didn't cause any issues.

The view of the property was breathtaking and the complementary breakfast was delicious and aesthetically arranged. The value of the accommodation was nearly unmatched for what we got out of it. Upon that, the staff were very friendly. We arrived 5 hours before when we were supposed to check in and they welcomed us with a great attitude and drinks and also a place for us to store our luggage!

nothing: everything was perfect!!

Our suite was very cozy, built in a traditional cave of Santorini: everything was new and nicely furnished, the shower was very big, the bed was comfortable. Moreover the most amazing feature was the private jacuzzi (with warm water.. in April this was useful since the temperature was not so hot yet!) with seaview on the Santorini Caldera! We also had private sunbeds with seaview. Every day a very good breakfast was served (with both savoury and sweet food), brought directly in the room by the staff. Everyone was very welcoming and helpful, we loved everything!!! Finally the quality-price ratio was very good: indeed many places with similar prices don't offer private jacuzzi and/or aren't located in front of the Caldera (which is the best seaview.. in Santorini there's seaview also on the other side of the island but it's not as impressive as the Caldera's one)

Side note… we organised a trip to Oia for a sunset dinner and were sent a shared mini bus without even clarifying this would be the case. We were also told it was 45€ one way and the taxi companies set the price but in the following sentence if we booked a return trip they could do a better price at 35€ each way. We were dropped in Oia and told to make our own way to the restaurant on foot. This is fine but a pre explanation would have helped. We may have just caught the bus and saved ourselves 70€. It is quite upsetting to feel swindled by the hotel that you’re staying in and quite honestly the one we were most looking forward to on our honeymoon.

The redeeming factor about this hotel was that it is in Fira, Santorini and a lovely gentleman and woman ran the housekeeping and helped us with our bags. The breakfast was also nice and served on the terrace. The rooms terrace however was communal meaning you are sharing the outdoor area with the people in the next room. The photos are very misleading. Also the property is a bit drab, it needs a paint and new linen at the very least. There were no robes or anything that mimics luxury. In fact for $885AUD a night it was probably not worth it. The room states it is a “DELUXE CLIFF SUITE WITH CALDERA VIEW AND PRIVATE JACUZZI”. In our opinion, if you want luxury, don’t book this room. Spend an extra $200 a night and get real luxury.

Toilet flush a bit lousy cannot flush toilet at one shot. Also bathroom doesn’t have a plate to put shower cream or body shampoo. A bit troublesome. Most problematic is the air conditioning. Not working so is very hot during summer. Lucky we got a fan. If not cannot sleep. Breakfast is good but only serve around 9 am

The room had a very strong chemical / cleaning smell which didn’t go away the whole time even when we tried to air out the room.

I didn’t think it was worth the $$, I think it was missing a ‘wow’ factor for the price per night. Was a nice room but wouldn’t stay again.

Great central location away from the hustle of the main streets, amazing views and only a short 2-3 minute walk from the centre. Staff were friendly, great WIFI and smart tv, private jacuzzi was a nice touch but quite old and outdated. Can’t adjust temperature or anything all automatic.

I let them know I was getting married while there. I only had my four grown kids, one of which performed the ceremony, and my grown step son. We are overall very quiet people. We had just the seven of us on the porch around 6pm for about 30 minutes and was asked to keep it down and to be quiet several times. I was very embarrassed by this as we were just trying to have a very calm ceremony. I wished that this memory was a bit nicer as the hour, the noise, and the amount of time was very much so within reason. We left for a dinner together after 30 minutes.

Maria was such a delight. She also had a puppy that was absolutely adorable. The young man that carried our luggage was a very hard worker and very strong. :) The view was amazing but the walk is a lot in that entire area. Be prepared to walk up lots of cobblestone stairs. The room was very nice and comfortable. Edit......I am upgrading the review from a 6 to a 7. Lily from the front desk called to apologize for her behavior. Although, it is a wonderful gesture and certainly not required, Lily took the time. Thank you for reaching out. I certainly would never cause anyone to lose a position over my comments. Lily is a delightful young lady. Experience is learning.

1. Private Jacuzzi was very cold. I guess they should not sell that when the weather is not so hot 2. A few of the staff were good, but one was very rude. He helped with the bags and served breakfast. I do not think he is trained enough to deal with guests. 3. Breakfast is served in your room, and you do not have the choice to decide what you want for breakfast. 4. Price is not worth it, for the service and views. 5. The room was good, maybe because we took a suite, but the Jacuzzi was not worth it in the cold weather.

read the negative comments throughly please. - the jacuzzi is a Luke warm tub with dirty water (it obviously hadn’t been clean prior to our arrival). When I complained that the advertising of a “hot tub” is false, the manager admitted that they rely on the summer sun to heat the tub and maintain the temperature. So the jacuzzi is just a tub with jets. I booked this place because I was traveling in late March and knew the weather would be chilly. That’s why I paid nearly double and reserved is room so my family could enjoy the view and stay comfortable. To add insult to injury, as we were leaving, 2 gentleman knocked on our door asking to come in to CLEAN the “hot tub”. - the towels are clean, but coarse, thin, and old -The sheets and blankets are thin and insufficient. - breakfast is decent, but nothing exciting - I booked the “executive suite” for my family of 5. The space is a normal room with extra beds.

Please read all the reviews that have less than 8 rating. All the travelers’ comments are consistent with each other so you shouldn’t assume we are just a few disgruntled visitors. - the view is nice.

When we arrived at our place the jacuzzi was filthy. The gentleman that checked us in said it hadn't been cleaned. In one of the emails I received from the hotel I was told the jacuzzi temperature was going to be 82.5 degrees warm, they never even warmed it up my whole stay. The Jacuzzi was the main selling point for me picking that hotel. I was told they were having issues, but never saw anybody working on it. On my last day today I asked them to get me a taxi and told them I would be back before 11:00 am as that was my check out time. I returned to the hotel about 10:25 and they were taking our bags out and placing them in the lobby as they had already checked the next occupants in the room. I didn't like that at all. I still needed to shower but that didn't happen. This stay was supposed to be something great for my 25th. anniversary, but I had to find that something special I had hoped for spending nights in the jacuzzi doing other things. The place was clean yes, great view yes, but I will definitely not recommend this place to stay at.

We chose this hotel because of hot tub and nice view. View was nice but jacuzzi was so cold! We have been asking for 3 days to heat it. Manager said they turned on heating but it was cold all the way!!! we paid so much money for this hot tub but couldn’t use it! such a bummer. Manager literally lied to us that they heat jacuzzi when it was cold and then she just ignored us!!! At least hotel could say honestly it’s not working but they just lied to us and then ignored! we are so upset with our stay and request financial compensation because we didn’t get what we had to get!

They announce a private hot tub for each room, but we arrived there and found a jacuzzi with cold water. We complained, and the staff blamed the rain. However, the rain stopped in the second they of my stay, and the water was still barely warm when I left early in the fourth day. So, do not expect to find a hot tub in this property. Minor problems: the shower place leaked water to the room; the heater is too weak and takes too long to warm up the room; the toilet flusher used to let water pass through and we had to press it in a very specific way to make the noise stop.

The location and view are great. The breakfast was really good, with various items. The bed was comfortable.

the jacuzzi is not clean due to the big wind, it has a lot of dust on the bottom and a lot flys on the water. but after a negotiation the hotel upgrade the room for us and booking.com helped a lot.

the location is perfect, near the center of Fira and also have a good view of the cliff, the breakfast is abundant, also have a floating champagne which helped to took nice pictures.

The property was NOT worth the money, the jacuzzi smelled too much of Chlorine so it was not enjoyable. The rooms Heating system barely worked. I asked for breakfast in the jacuzzi as advertised and staff told me they’ll get back to me but never did. The floor inside the room is very cold. The blankets given were not even blankets.

we checked into the deluxe suite and there is a significant difference between the two suites on offer. the one we were put in had no natural light or windows, tucked in a corner next to the engine room and had our view spoiled by a large air conditioning unit. we suffered this room for two nights before the staff moved us next door where the view was stunning and everything was a lot cleaner and nicer. the property advertises that the suites are ‘private’ which is why we booked it but in reality, you are so close to the other room and share all outdoor space that you could actually be in a four person relationship. very disappointed, especially the amount of money it costs. I asked for a refund when we complained but was told to raise it with booking.com so can someone message me about a partial refund please?

The hot tub is NOT a hot tub. The water is just a little warmer than a pool. I would have rated the property excellent if they were able to turn up the heat on the hot tub. It was in the 60’s so we didn’t get to use it. Disappointing.

Breakfast exceeded expectations!!!! Awesome! The view is wonderful. You can see brilliant sunsets every night
