Marios, Marina and all the staff were very kind and helpful. They provided many recommendations which is worth doing. Their hospitality was exceptional. The vibe felt welcoming, relaxing and peaceful. Everyone at the hotel was very friendly and many we spoke to were regulars who come back every year. The Bus stop right outside the hotel was very convenient to get into town and Ornos beach so you don't need a car/taxi. The location was out of the hustle and bustle but not far by bus into the main town. The room was spacious, clean with great facilities and air con and pool. A nice traditional selection of breakfast. The selection of cocktails and coffee were delicious. The reviews say it all and we would love to go back to Lithos when we visit Mykonos.

The complex is not too big and you quickly make friends with the other guests. You are greeted personally by the owners, given a brief introduction to the hotel and the island, then accompanied to your room, where your luggage is already waiting. The owners look after every guest warmly and advise them on everything they need. In my case, this included a beach tour with a water taxi, a two-day trip to Athens and much more. It was a great experience! See you next time.

Hotel is situated very close to the road (most hotels are), which luckily was not especially trafficked.

Very nice and well kept hotell. Excellent cleaning. Well maintained by owners that really care about their hotell. AC included. Rooms are silent, very little noise from the road outside. Buss stop right outside the hotell.

Everything was absolutely perfect! The staff was beyond accommodating. The room was big. The bed was so comfortable. The room was spotless clean and also cleaned everyday by the staff.

Our stay exceed all expectations and that was down to Marios, Marina and Farhat - the most welcoming people we have ever had the pleasure of meeting! They kindly organised our transfers to and from the airport (15 mins away). On arrival Marina gave us a map with area information, restaurant recommendations and bus times to help us get around as we chose not to hire a car. Our room was spotless, modern and comfortable. The bus stop is located right outside the hotel and buses are around 5 minutes to Ornos and 15 minutes from Mykonos town and run regularly through the day. the room was well equipped with all you need for a stay. it with very tide & clean, and they clean it every day. the stuff was extremely helpful, they were very nice & friendly. the breakfast was full, fresh & tasty and was serve next to the pool with a great view of the pool and the bay.

Everything was perfect!

Our hosts Marina & Mario's were wonderful..they explained everything to us. They recommended what sights to see explained the public bus schedule & were very efficient & accommodating. Nothing was a problem for them. The pool was beautiful, room was large, beds were very comfortable, bathroom & room were cleaned daily, balcony was large, the aircon worked well & the views from balcony & room were exceptional. Breakfast was amazing with table service. This part of the island was super quiet & the bus stop was at the Lithos front door. The hosts always had the time to talk to you & made our stay very enjoyable. Highly recommend people to stay here you won't be disappointed. We will be back!

Excellent hotel. A fabulous family run hotel with friendly, knowledgeable and helpful staff. All staff speak excellent English and no request is too much. The pool is lovely and the pool bar is friendly and welcoming for families and individual travellers. This is our second time staying here and we will be back!

If I could give 10 stars wouldn’t be enough for the amazing experience that I had at Lithos by Spyros and Flora. Let’s start from the rooms, they were perfect and nice, clean and comfortable. The hotel is a blend between very modern and traditional family vibes. Location is very strategic and allow us to be 5 mins away everything. The garage is very handy and what a view you can admire from the terrace. But.. let me explain to you the gem of this place. They are called Marina and Marios ( and the rest of the team)! We have found in them a friendly, inspiring and incredible hosts and made our Greek trip unforgettable. They were always available for our questions and they did ABOVE AND BEYOND for making my birthday special. I was truly moved! Well.. I will come back soon! Thanks again and Efcharistò!

clean, comfortable, large rooms and a small kitchen if you want to prepare your own food. great room for a small family. wonderful and always fresh breakfast with sea view. polite staff and the girl at reception gave us all the information about what to do on the island of Mykonos. and has a covered garage.

Can’t think of anything…

It was just what we were after, the standard of the accommodation was way beyond our expectations. It was in a quiet area of Mykonos about a 20 minute drive from the airport and the town. There were few restaurants and beach within a simple walk. There was a bus stop right outside the property to take us into the hustle and bustle of Mykonos town, though we were glad to get back to the calm! It’s a relatively small hotel so there were never too many people around or in the pool so we could always get a sun bed looking out at the view ( which was stunning). We were met on our arrival with a cool glass of water and given a run through of what there is to do on the Island which was really helpful. The breakfast and the pool snacks were really good too and reasonably priced.

The accommodation was excellent. It was clean, well maintained and exceeded our expectations. The pool was perfect, again very clean, and not too deep so great for our daughter. Pool towels were provided and there's a great view from the sun loungers. Breakfast was not a buffet but was fantastic, with cereals, pastries, yogurt, fruit, cheese and eggs. Marina and Marios made this place exceptional, the service was fantastic and on a par with a high end 5* hotel. They couldn't have been more hospitable, sorting an issue with our room, providing gluten free options for breakfast and they genuinely care about their guests having a great stay.

Lots of stairs would make it tricky for guests with mobility problems. I have arthritis but coped fine.

Fantastic find, so pleased we stayed here. Stunning location and our room overlooked the ocean. We had a nice balcony we could sit on of an evening and the pool/bar area was immaculate. Owners were so kind and friendly and looked after us so well. Free bottled water was a nice touch, we were even brought glasses of ice cold water whilst sunbathing which we loved as it was hot. Bus stop right outside the front of the hotel and only a 15 minute ride into town for more action. Nice restaurant 2 mins away and small mini market also.

Best place to stay in Mykonos - not in the heart of the busy tourist area - great rooms with gorgeous pool with stunning views. Mario is one of the best hosts I’ve come across travelling all over Greece, with suggestions of places to visit. Bed was extremely comfy and roomy large bathroom . Won’t be disappointed.
