beautiful rooms and facilities, great location not too busy but nice and close to Fabrika. bus stop right outside hotel which is cheap and can get you anywhere you need to go. Great service, Great cocktails and food. Probably the best place I’ve stayed while on holidays.

Excellent family run small hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. Great location outside the noisy parts of Mykonos, but with a bus in 15 minutes there (bus stop in front of the hotel, commutes every half an hour during the day and hourly in the evening). Excellent breakfast and snacks throughout the day, nice pool, great sea-view from the apartment, and quiet location in the evening and during night)

Literally nothing! We have decided to fly to Mykonos directly going forward and spending all time at this hotel for future Greece trips.

Where do I start- the hosts are amazing - Mario and Marina are probably the best hosts we have ever met and we travel a lot. They are gracious, considerate and welcoming. For the first time I really felt I was home. They help you navigate the town, arrange taxis, concierge, or simply put, they obviously seemed invested to make your stay comfortable and memorable. The property is pristine clean, modern, comfortable and relaxing. It has amazing views of water and a great terrace. Rooms were spacious, clean, sunny and relaxing. Both of our rooms had their own balcony overlooking water. The property has an amazing location, away from the crowds yet about 15 min from town.

We did battle some ants in our room. It was not a huge inconvenience by any means. Fairness we declined having the room cleaned a couple days. I want to add that this in no way detracts from my overall amazing opinion of this operation. They do a fantastic job of hospitality!

MARIOS and his whole family and staff were more than welcoming. He offered to waive a room service bill, as we had several pre-paid breakfast that we did not use for a multitude of reasons. Beautiful views, and wonderful people.

We highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting mykonos. Marios and Marina a lovely couple passionately owning the hotel made us feel at home! Recommending places to visit and helping with the reservation. Room was exceptional, amazing view, very tidy and clean! They went over and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Everyone you encounter at the hotel is kind. Whatever you ask for they would be generously offering. Staff is exceptional! I cant think of a better hotel experience!! Would definitely go back to my HOME in Mykonos Thank you for an amazing stay!

Our family loved staying at Lithos. It’s clean, modern, well designed, convenient, and best of all, the friendly owners were on site to assist guests with whatever they need. The breakfast spread was impressive and includes fresh fruits and freshly squeezed orange juice. We will happily recommend Lithos to all our friends and families who plan to visit Mykonos.

Leaving

The hosts are the best you’ll ever meet. They give “long lost family” vibe. They will go above and beyond to ensure that you have a wonderful vacation. I loved the location of the property right across from the Agios Ioannis Beach. The hotel is nothing less than a 5 star for the service, amenities, quality and comfort of the furnishings. Feels like home.

Nice spacious and strong showers, but they leaked onto the adjacent bathroom floor. The problem was acknowledged and hopefully will be fixed. Not for those who want to be in the middle of Mykonos action. However, everything is easily reached by bus, water taxi or cab.

Perfect ending to a hectic vacation. Located in a beautiful spot, away from the crowds. Rooms were spacious with partial harbor views. Owner Marius was very engaging and accomodating and made great dining recommendations. Would definitely stay there again if we ever return to Mykonos.

Our stay at Lithos by Spyros & Flora was fantastic. The hotel has the character of a boutique hotel with all the luxuries: freshly prepared breakfast, extremely clean, the staff and especially Marios and his wife very helpful and accommodating. Nothing - but be aware that the hotel is on a hillside so there are stairs to navigate around the hotel.

This is an absolute gem of a hotel. Rooms are spacious, well equipped and spotlessly clean. The pool area is fairly small but really well presented with good quality sun beds and a pool bar for the requisite refreshments! Marios and Marina were fabulous hosts who do the little things really well, such as advising on a good restaurant or keeping you hydrated with cold water by the pool!! The location of the hotel was excellent for us, on a quieter part of the island but with wonderful restaurants a 5 min walk away. The bus to Mykonos Town stops right at the hotel front door so easy access to the buzz. The best accommodation by far during our island hopping adventure. I absolutely recommend you stay here.

Great view and location! Easy to get to the beaches, supermarket, petrol station and restaurants. Cleaned, peaceful, nice and helpful team. Big thanks for Mario and his wife had recommended us some of nice restaurants to go and they all great! Definitely will stay there again, when we go back to Mykonos.

Nothing, our stay was perfect.

As we arrived, Marina gave us a warm welcome and sat with us for a long and comprehensive explanation on Mykonos including many options of restaurants, beaches and other experiences, with emphasis on reliable and affordable places. Throughout our stay Marios was always available and took care of all our needs in a professional and very kind attitude.He went above and beyond to help us in anything we needed. For example, we had problems with online check-in to a booked ferry and he called the travel agency to sort things out. The location is romantic, peaceful and most beautiful with direct view of the sea. Another advantage is the nearby bus station in front of the entrance to the hotel, so that we could reach anywhere on the island with minimal effort. The beach is a 5 minute walking distance, and several restaurants are available in the area.

We had an amazing stay at Lithos. Marios is an excellent host and he and his team went above and beyond to make sure we had a comfortable stay. Exceptionally clean facilities, caring staff, bus stop at the doorstep and a family oriented approach all made our stay a memorable one. If we were to ever visit Mykonos again Lithos by Spyros and Flora is where we would choose to stay without a second thought.

Nothing much really, except the island situation of toilet paper which really has nothing to do with the hosts nor the property, just didn't know about it before going there so was a huge culture shock.

The spaciousness of the room, cleanliness and the ambience was out of this world. The hosts Marios and Marina were awesome hosts too went out of their way to make us feel at home away from home..
