We were very pleased with our stay. The only minus was that the price could be a little lower and that it would be nice if breakfast was available at the hotel. But otherwise it was great. As I said, we value a clean and fresh room and bathroom very highly.

Clean fresh large room with high ceiling. The bathroom and shower head were also very clean and fresh. Cozy small quiet hotel with pool. Nice to be able to relax by the pool without lots of running around. Good size fridge and freezer, both fridge and freezer worked very well. The hotel is very well located, super close to the beach and city! Our room was cleaned every other day, which was adequate. Good cleaning. We were very pleased with our experience! The hotel’s policy was given after 2 days on a printed piece of paper. No shower curtain, the whole bathroom was a mess after talking a shower, pictures of the room did not revealed this “no curtain bathroom”. We would not booked it if we would known this. Misleading pictures! No broom for the sand from the beach! No dishsponge, no dishliquid!

The location is perfect because it is very close to the sea. The place is quiet. In half an hour you get to ancient chania. Very comfortable the Location and with many restaurants and supermarkets nearby The owners very kind and helpful

The apartment is located a few minutes away form the beach. It is quite large and extend over two floors. The ground floor is a large living room with table, couch, TV, kitchen an a bathroom with shower. From the bedroom (1st floor) it is possible to access a nice terrace, where you can find a clothes rack to dry your towels and swimsuits and also a table and two chairs. The first floor is also provided of a bathroom with shower. Outside of the main door there is another table with chairs where you can enjoying your breakfast. The cleaning service was very good, in fact the whole apartment was cleaned every other day. There is a very nice pool with tables to enjoy a drink at the pool side. A very nice point is also that the host is very friendly and even gave me useful tips about the island. I would definitely recommend to stay at Lola's Hotel!

We missed a broom in the room. As there is a lot of sand and dirt on the floor after you go out and in, been to the beach or out to eat. So we had to sacrifice one towel every day to sweep up the floor. We ware missing a shower curtain. Because you splash water all around the bathroom when you shower. Apart from that, we would had booked a new trip with Lola Hotel.

The location was good. we liked that they had a pool, close to Platania's facilities and close to the beach.

Squeezed space for sunbeds around swimming pool.

Amazing location about 2 min from Platanias beach. Each apartment has a terrace or a balcony, where you could take breakfast with swimming pool, garden or sea views. Great kitchen corner with all needed cutlery, pan, fridge and cooking surface. You are provided with shampoo, soap, shower gel for first couple of days. Very clean and cleaning is performed every two days with changing bed sheets etc. Big swimming pool with sunbeds and tables area. Very friendly stuff. Great location, money/value.

The pool bar wasn’t open, plus we were told that for whatever reason (as it wasn’t explained) that we couldn’t move the sun beds to the bottom end of the pool where there was more room. The staff could’ve been a little more friendly and warm.

We had room 4 which was one of the refurbished ones which was nice, clean, and modern - we had two balcony’s (one with a sea view and the other overlooking the pool area) - it might be compact but we had everything we needed. The location was also good as it was a two minute walk to the beach and also not far from the restaurants and bars along the road. it was good to have a pool too.

The best hotel we have stayed in, in all of greece! the location was amazing and so was the rooms and area! the staff and specially tony was so helpful and amazing!! i higly recomend this hotel to everyone whos looking to stay in platanias, u will not regret it and will have the best experience thanx to the location, hotel and host!
