Paid for airport transfers with host's business partner who handed us the keys, showed us around the apartment and was very helpful. Would recommend and use them and staycatbtheir properties again on our next trip based on this booking.

1. Early check-in was facilitated. 2. Excellent hospitality, they keep in touch on whatsapp every single day to keep check of comfort and well being. 3. The pool was nice, warm (heating based) and privacy is maintained. 4. Kitchen has pans and pots, enough plates, bowl, glasses, spoons and a fab coffee machine. 5. Dishwasher, heater, washing machine are all functional and top notch. 6. beddings are clean, towel, doormats everything well in place. 7. Indoor plants amp the ambience 8. the balcony are covered and give privacy, yet a breezy feel for evening tea / coffee. 9. The building has a lift. 10. Grocery store 200m walkable 11. Two small street food outlet are right next door which operate from 9 pm to 7 am and have the best local food for late night hunger pangs :) 12. Cab/Food deliveries are coming at ease, address is at a very good reachable location. 13. Acropolis and technopolis view is fab!!!! 14. Coffee pods, sugar, tea, butter, welcome drink were offered :)

Just a bit street noise but we expected that anyway since we knew the location.

The apartment is located in kerameikos which is an ideal location if you want to be close to the city centre but avoid the traffic and the super busy spots. The apartment was clean, well stocked with supplies, very nicely decorated and with lots of amenities. The bed was comfy and we slept very good. The WiFi was performing at high standards at every room of the house including the pool area. The swimming pool was also very clean and had amazing sun beds. The water was warm but we arrived in July so the sun was enough to heat it during the day. Everything was way better than the pictures of the apartment and the goats Giannis and Rena were very helpful and caring. We will be back for sure and we highly recommend it. Thank you!

The host was super responsive. We booked it last minute and he made all kinds of accommodations to make our stay great. We slept like babies. The apartment was super clean and very nicely decorated. I thought that I would not be able to sleep because of the tram that rides next to the apartment but it was absolutely no problem. The upstairs terrace with the pool was a great addition!

very close to restaurants and bars without being in the overly crowded touristy area. need coffee? 2minute walk. want dinner? 3 minute walk. very accessible! the street traffic was a little loud at night but definitely does not detract from anything else, but if you’re sensitive to sound, bring ear plugs. still 5/5 place and I’d book again if available in a heartbeat!

1. pool unfortunately not one to swim in as too shallow too cold 🥶 more a cooling bath (we arrived April so weather less kind) 2. not the owners issue but dogs 🐕 barking regularly during the day locally may upset some and passing trains and traffic on main busy road, so be mindful 3. 1/2 hour walk to monasterika so most eateries locally in Gazi opened mainly evening vs lunchtime.

1. Loved the three separate floors 2. WhatsApp owners made sure everything to our liking and safe so nice arrival wine bottle etc, welcome man even showed us nearest grocer having arrived after 9 pm 3. Design of apartment perfect for us especially ability to cook, kick back on settee and chill 4. crockery, plugs, plus adaptors for wherever you are from super useful. when we noticed broken corkscrew on arrival this was replaced within 30 minutes. 5. transport to / from airport organised with ease by them and with great customer service too (thank you for nice detour from Christov to see coast!) 6. request for pool to be seen & cleaned was attended to within 24 hours - again top service! 7. Bedroom super comfy, in bathroom accessories awesome. in fridge butter milk welcomed. 8. location is residential (gazi) great for us but maybe not for all.

Unbelievable!!! One of the best lofts I have ever stayed in!!! The private pool on the roof garden with Acropolis and Technopolis in front of you is beyond description. Having something like this in the center of Athens is simply unmatched. The loft was super clean, with artistic and elegant decoration which I found particularly unique. Plenty of room and great amenities that make you feel at home. Great location and walking distance to some of my favorite things and suburbs in Athens. What made the experience even more special, was the warm hospitality and perfect communication with Yannis and Rena. They were always willing to help me with whatever I needed and always making sure to enjoy my stay to the fullest. I would definitely recommend and certainly go back soon.
