Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

SingaporeThe pigeons that roam the breakfast buffet restaurant - very unhygienic and rather worrying since avian flu is quite prevalent.
The room was quite decent in size and had a little balcony over looking the swimming pool. As the weather was quite cool, there were no swimmers but a few brave sun bathers. Breakfast was decent - a good selection but this is repeated over and over again which can get boring when your stay is more extended. Coffee according to my travel companions was of a very poor quality and they were painfully slow in topping up. The bar service in the evening was efficient and we enjoyed sitting outside for our drinks before adjourning for dinner.

SingaporeThe breakfast was great. On Saturday, the fresh honey combs were a treat. Unfortunately, the wandering pigeons make me question the hygiene of the hotel, especially with bird flu breaking out regularly. The staff was always helpful, except the waitresses of the breakfast restaurant. It was difficult trying to get a coffee refill without a lot of hand waving drama.

United KingdomInitially the reception staff were not overly informative. No information available for buses, trips etc. Hotel is tired and needs upgrading to the claimed 4 stars but it is not that just now. Rooms are small with only storage for hanging clothes. We had to live out of our suitcases for two weeks. No room under bed for storing large luggage. We had a side sea view room but this faced North so there was no sign of the sun all day. (Ask for a South sea view., overlooking the pool area)
- Location was good. with an easy walk into Corfu Town but there is also a bus running regularly from about 50yds outside the hotel. - Breakfast was very good. - Good regular cleaning and towels. - 50 yds from good swimming in the sea. - Restaurant staff and the bar staff were very good. - Beutician/ Masseuse was excellent.

United Kingdombreakfast was amazing - great choice healthy and plentiful buffet. The breakfast terrace with sea views and modern was a joy daily . The location was perfect, the bedrooms clean and modern , the bathroom was small and could do with modernisation. But all clean and the staff were the best!

United KingdomIt’s quite a walk into Corfu town but we used the local buses, great services and only 2 euros a trip.
Lovely hotel, across the road from the sea. All staff very pleasant and helpful who go above and beyond. Food was delicious and cooked to perfection. Great place to relax and enjoy.

United KingdomI should have been delighted if the pool was heated - I did go in once but it was colder than the sea! There was only entertainment on two of the evenings when we were there (it was approaching the end of the season admittedly). The lady singer/guitarist was not at all to our taste but the saxophonist on Wed evening was superb. The drinks at the bar were felt to be rather expensive.
Just about everything! The food was varied and excellent, very good value and quality and the restaurant staff so kind and helpful. The room was fine - a little short on storage space for clothes - I should have asked for a few more coat-hangers. Any requests were responded to immediately. The saxophonist who played for 2 hours on the Wed evening was fantastic.

United KingdomThe bathrooms are a little dated and could do with an update. The swimming pool is tiny and beside the road so not ideal for relaxing sunbathing. So if you are looking to have a more relaxing sun lounging type holiday you would need to hire a car to drive to the nearest beach.
The hotel is well located for exploring Corfu town and we discovered a lovely strip of excellent restaurants within a short walk when we didn't want to go in to the centre. We hired a car so we could explore Corfu and go to different beaches as there are no beaches near the hotel. You can swim in the sea in-front of the hotel but there is no beach to sunbath on. The rooms are spacious and the beds very comfortable.

IrelandThe bathrooms are a bit outdated with the shower head on the wall in the bathtub. Getting in and out of the shower could be difficult for older guests. Although the lunch was excellent, the evening buffet dinner was not good at all. Choice was limited and food was very very salty
We booked a double sea view room, while the rooms are very nice and beds are comfortable, the bathrooms could do with an upgrade. We had a view of the sea and fortress which was really nice but slightly obscured by an apartment complex. The hotel overall is very nice and has a certain charm that can't be explained. It also has a small swimming pool and lounging area for guests to relax. We had a fantastic lunch in the hotel on the day we arrived, really good menu, food and choice. The hotel staff are really nice and pay a lot of attention to detail. The hotel has an excellent location for visiting Corfu town with buses available just outside, the hotel has no car park so finding parking outside can be difficult.

AustraliaThe pool area is too small to cater for the amount of guests in the hotel.
Being an Adult Only Hotel means there are no screaming children around. The location is quiet with a lovely waterfront and with easy access to the old town. We were upgraded to the Presidential Suite and thoroughly enjoyed the large room with a private terrace and beautiful view, it made the holiday so much better.
