Booked this hotel as had an appointment at the local airport - 5 minutes drive away, so very convenient. Very warm welcome on arrival and good information given on facilites, breakfast and local restaurants. Room was great, good size and very clean, as was the bathroom. Nice view from the balcony and very little noise. Option to pre-book breakfast, but the hotel also owns a cafe/bakery next door which was open early morning (06:00) so chose to use that instead, and stock up on some food for the rest of the day. Also used the cafe after I had checked in for a refreshing beer and nice chat with the hotel receptionist. The hotel is a short walk from the town's central square where there are a selection of tavernas and cafes which I enjoyed in the evening before getting a good night's sleep. I will be staying here again when I next visit Kalamata airport and would recommend it.

If you need to stay longer it’s a small room BUT the outside sitting area is beautifully decorated, provides shade and is very pleasant to spend some time in.

The Messini Hotel was great for our need of a one night stay from the airport before taking a bus to Kardymili. The staff, especially Vicky, was especially helpful & kind even when we had a transportation need after leaving the stay! Breakfast was provided by cafe next door and sufficient for us to start the next leg of our journey.

The hotel is in an excellent location for the airport. The staff are very friendly and eager to help. The bed is comfortable and the air conditioning works well. The hotel restaurant has a pleasant garden area and the food was good.

The only thing I didn't like was the shower curtain.

Surprising little hotel with nicely furnished and recently renovated rooms. Definitely above the standard of a two stars hotel. They also have a restaurant, which I didn't try because I arrived late and departed early, but it looks promising. The location is very convenient vis-a-vis the airport. Ample parking for guests arriving by car. The staff is very nice and welcoming.

The breakfast was poor - a large quantity of various baked products, some pre-packaged, isn't good enough in a country which has fantastic fresh produce

Traditional hotel - spotlessly clean with the most welcoming smile from the receptionist (relative of the owner) throughout our stay. The food in the delightful restaurant attached that we had for supper was good vale and delicious. However, this made the breakfast of different baked products with no fresh fruit or vegetables rather disappointing

We stayed overnight after arriving fairly late into Kalamata Airport, for which the hotel was ideally situated. We were greeted warmly by Vicky(?) who was very helpful in answering our queries. We were able to get a good, reasonably priced meal in the restaurant, following Vicky's recommendations. We paid a little extra for breakfast the next day - it was well worth it! We moved on to the rest of our holiday fairly quickly so can't comment on the area as a destination but overall we loved the service provided by this simple family-run hotel, it was excellent.

Lovely hotel with a very nice room, balcony and excellent air conditioner. Super friendly and helpful staff - family-run hotel. 5 minute drive to the fantastic Bouka Beach and also to the Kalamata airport. Shops and restaurants all around. There's also a lovely garden, parking and nice restaurant. Lovely sitting room where they provide breakfast and drinks. Owners went out of their way to help. Would definitely stay there whenever I'm in Kalamata.

Ideally located at the entrance of Messini, coming from Kalamata. Large private car park on the side of the hotel. While there, do spare the time to visit the Ancient town of Messini, about 20-25 km up-north, signposted all the way and starting at the round-about nearest to the hotel (and two supermarkets).

I have zero complaints. My stay was perfect

10 minutes from Kalamata airport. Cosy & warm with a beautiful bar, restaurant and a coffee shop. The staff is really friendly and makes you feel at home. Breakfast with all organic products was incredible.
