I tried to think of something that could be better, however couldn't think of anything! We vacationed in Greece for a month and this was our most favorite hotel!

I just can't say enough about this hotel. The staff was incredible. The room was amazing with incredible views. Breakfast was plentiful with a wide and delicious variety. Parking was great. Everyone spoke English very well. (We tried our limited Greek but couldn't compare however everyone assisted us with our Greek! lol) We stayed for a week and were sad to leave.

I could sleep all night due to a bad sewage smell in the bathroom that went right through the room.

Not a bad stay, but just exoected more luxury from a 5 star hotel.

Property was clean and well-maintained. View from pools is fantastic. Room just seemed very badic for a 5 star hotel - I am not sure if maybe different rates get you more. We were highly impressed with the kitchen staff who went above and beyond to accommodate my daughter’s who has celiac disease (no gluten). Breakfast options for the whole family were great.

1) Breakfast was a mess. Not good traditional variety. Ordered pretty much the same everyday but items were forgotten. No salt/pepper..no proper cutlery (big soup spoon for coffee ??), coffee not hot enough and had to send it back every day. 2) Toilet seat should have a soft close not bang so loud when closing it 3) Door facing the toilet bowl is not safe at all 4) The chairs on the balcony not comfortable at all. Should have loungers. 5) The elevator floor numbers made no sense at all. They need to fix that. Room numbers and floors don't match. 6) NO ONE TO HELP WITH OUR LUGGAGE WHEN WE CHECKED OUT ?? How is this acceptable for a 5* hotel ? We had 6 pcs of luggage that we basically had to take down ourselves. 7) Could not get any sleep with that bright green exit light !! Had to call downstairs to maintenance so they can disable it. 8) No place to put our luggage ?? Staff had to get a table to put our luggage on when we got into the room.

In our overall rating, there is a big deduction because of the lack of shade. Neither can one stay longer at the pool during the day (the sunshades are too few, too small and cannot be adjusted), nor are the room and the balcony somehow protected from the scorching sun. In the room it is only bearable with massive use of the air conditioning. Another problem was that the walls were very light. We could hear when the guests in the next room were talking at a normal volume.

A top category hotel whose facilities leave nothing to be desired. The view is fascinating, at any time of the day or night. The breakfast buffet is good and very rich.

Only one lift and it's much to slow and very warm because the sun is fully shining in the cabin. For a 5 star hotel the bathroom should have Kleenex and make up mirror!
