I didn't like shouting, aggressive people moaning about the lack of beer and wine at 10 in the morning. It was probably the same people who ran the bar dry the night before. For a 3-star hotel the facilities and the staff were fantastic.

Everything was spotlessly clean. The rooms were very comfortable and modern. The staff worked their socks off. To feed that many people so efficiently takes a lot of work and organisation. We had read some unfavourable reviews and this isn't our typical choice of holiday but we were really impressed and had a really great time. The kids also had a blast. Kids Club, new friends, waterside and free ice cream. What's not to like!

Paying for beach umbrellas at the resort seemed a bit unreasonable, though the price was low (3 euro/bed). Meanwhile all the beds around the pool were free and people "reserved" them very early in the morning. I would have liked more shady places to sit particularly around the pool.

Facilities are old enough and look like used a lot and sometimes need a refresh or repair, there are rooms with the «shower curtain» not even cabin (our temporary room). Cleaning is every day, but there is a layer of dust under the bed. Food is very average, nothing outstanding and special, menu repetitive and limited in amount. If you come later then you might not meet something „popular” to eat already. Fruits are average, peaches were great but kiwi were like stones. Restaurant is overcrowded even the additional part of it, there is usually a long queue from stairs for food. Queue for pancakes in the morning, exhausting. No fresh juice, only mixes. Sunbeds on the beach are for the additional payment. Later checkout for the additional payment. For all-inclusive all the refreshments are with the cheapest alcohol. Basic hot drinks included, but if you want a Frappe - it is for payment. Staff is very friendly, but a guy who helped us to find a room after check-in spoke English very poor, I would expect perfect English from the the staff who interacting with guests in such a popular hotel.

Animation for kids and adults, many pools, big territory for walking, lots of grass for kids to play. Bars with refreshments, pizza bar available on the beach. Private beach, not overcrowded, comfortable. Nice rooms on the ground floor with terrace - exit from the room directly to the grass and pool, very suitable for kids.

Beach was full of sunbeds, no space for playing on a beach. it is not sandy beach, stones in the water. If you prefer pools, this is a perfect hotel, but other side of the island has much better sandy beaches - gylfada, agios gordyos, issos. I lot of very fat people who only came to eat. I was shocked.

Very clean hotel and very safe resort. A lot of security, everything very well organized, very nice property. I saw a lot of reviews like food is not good...yes it is not like in restaurant but it is completely ok. Fresh meat, fruit and vegetables every day. You also have water and coffee (filtered) all the time, so all inclusive is super. We also had water slides for free - it depends from your location in hotel. so everything was for free.

Perfect family hotel. Nice private beach, clear sea with pebbles. Beach bar perfect for a drink and slice of pizza. Beach restaurant really nice setting. Main restaurant is standard all inclusive level, can't complain and food was good. You can also walk along the beach to some other great beach front restaurants. Evening entertainment is simple but fun, really enjoyed sitting outside for it in the evenings. Would stay again.

The fact that we were only informed of a certain tax on the day of our check in, despite our booking confirmation on this website stating that everything had been paid in full. Certain other amenities also had hidden costs, like the slides and beach chairs, which we were also told can only be paid in cash. There weren't enough chairs around the pools, and despite there being a rule to not book chairs with towels, most guests were doing this anyway. As we were trying to follow these rules most of the time, we then ended up not getting a chair - which was frustrating.

Well located, rooms were very nice, lots of cupboard space, mostly friendly staff.

Very over crowded 900 rooms on resort.

Definitely an excellent family resort. Lots of kids many pools and great access to the beach. Food and bar facilities compare to a cruise type holiday.

Racism! Towards the brits - can’t use French facilities but they could use ours.

Food ingredients of poor quality. Repetitive menu. All inclusive drinks again very poor quality . Mainly local cheap alcohol and not enough diversity in what they offer 0 Reception staff was quite overwhelmed and did not seem they want to be there.
