A very unique property! It was very clean and comfortable. Great location to all the shops, restaurants and bars, but neatly tucked away so there’s no street noise. The owner is very lovely and went the extra mile arranging transportation, recommending restaurants and storing our luggage post check-out.

This accommodation was in a very convenient location, 7 mins away from the bus stop and in the main city of Fira. It was very clean, the bed was comfortable and we had all the necessary amenities including a kitchenette, iron and TV with netflix. We were fortunate enough to also meet our host Ilias who was so incredibly helpful with recommendations for food/activities in the area. He was so warm, welcoming and attentive and truly made our stay even more enjoyable! We thoroughly loved our first cave hotel stay and wouldn't hesitate to recommend this accommodation to everyone!

Ilias's property is beautiful and it was funny that we started our Santorini trip taking pictures of our room first! This has been made with a lot of thought and care. The residence is large sized, they helpfully provided extra linens, toiletries and all conveniences in the room itself. Also this is right in Fira central, close to everything. Everything in the property, it is a very large and spacious residence, all amenities are modern and there are stores for everything nearby. The lighting, at night, is not only beautiful, but it is also very convenient. Overall, it is very comfortable and very convenient. Also Ilias was the most considerate host we have ever met. Right from being in constant contact with us before we arrived, to helping us with our bags, he was on hand with everything. We basically considered him our travel advisor and were constantly texting him for help and recommendations, and he always obliged. Thank you, Ilias!

Ilias is an exceptional great host! We really enjoyed our stay at his awesome cave and our time on the island! He had great recommendations for restaurants and places to visit and was very helpful with our luggage. On top he invited us to spend time at the pool of a hotel nearby with a spectacular view over the city and the caldera.

Minor issue with sewer smell. Overall not bad, was addressed by Costas right away, and the good outweighs this one minor inconvenience.

Super clean, quiet, and comfortable. Costas was a fabulous host and very responsive to any of our requests/messages. He had cold water in n site for us, nice soap and shampoo, and other small conveniences of home like a mini fridge and microwave with some plates cups and utensils. Such a cool and unique property. I’d recommend you don’t use Uber to get you to the property as you may have to walk like we did, not the property’s fault at all. Great dining locations super close and we would definitely book here again when we come back to Santorini!!!!!

Room was incredibly comfortable and really cool. Host was super helpful—helped with bags, gave recommendations, helped arrange transport, and was prompt to respond to requests. The location is really close to everything but just tucked away enough that it was quiet at night. Not a con for me, but good to know—room echoes loudly because of the design. It would only be an issue in a group. Property is down stairs/hill, so would be difficult for a person with mobility issues, but frankly so would all of Santorini. No complaints, I was really glad I stayed here!

Incredibly friendly and helpful host. Costas accommodated all of our needs, and also provided us with a map with several recommendations for restaurants, beaches, and other areas of interest. Perfect location, close to everything you need in Thera. The Cave was modern and spacious and is great value for money. The provided dehumidifier helped make us more comfortable on humid days too.

Looks exactly like the photos, very spacious and clean. Host Costas is awesome, very communicative and friendly! Met us for arrival and departure even though it was midnight and helped with luggage. Location is perfect, just a 5 min walk into town and near a great 24/7 bakery.

The owner was super friendly and helpful with recommendations. The room is quite spacious for 2 guests and there is an additional sofa too. The location is 8-10 mins walk from the main bus station and 5-6 mins walk from center of Fira
