Unfortunately both the plumbing and the AC unit made a lot of noise that kept us from sleeping. The room could really use some sound-proofing.

Nice view, and perfectly located to start hiking tours to the Meteora monasteries. Staff speaks German and is very friendly and helpful.

The room needs some refreshing - especially the drawers were in bad condition. The kettle was only on demand.

Unfortunately, the mattress was too firm and uncomfortable, making it impossible to get a restful sleep after a long journey. Considering the price I paid, I expected a high-quality and comfortable mattress.

The hotel is located in the centre of Kastraki. The room was realy clean.

The room was quite noisy, we could hear a man from another room snoring. Also, the air conditioning would keep doing noise even after turning off.

Quite basic hotel in the beautiful area of Meteora. Clean, big room, bathroom has seen better times (broken shower handle, etc). Visited in November and it was a bit chilly in the common area (eating room).

For a better experience, some mosquito nets would be highly appreciated, a soap support in the shower cabin and a new mattress

The location is fantastic for visiting the monasteries (we were hiking, not going by car), has a private parking, the breakfast is decent (same type of products each day, but including all basics elements a breakfast usually has - eggs, cheese, ham, yougurt, cereals, pastry, fruits, coffee...) and the fridge in the room did it's job, even though it looked like a minibar cooler. Overall I would rate it as a good 3 star hotel for 1-3 nights stay

We came an hour before check-in, and there was nobody at the reception. No single soul at the hotel to ask for assistance. OK, we went to eat and came back at the check-in time. Fine. We booked 3 rooms for our family, and my mom said there were a lot of mosquitoes in their room (mountain view). Rooms are super small, but ok.

The bed was unfortunately really terrible, we couldn't sleep all night and every little movement felt like it was going to fall apart. In addition, from the morning we heard everything that was happening outside, doors slamming, children playing ball, the maids cleaning...

Excellent location and the view was simply breathtaking! The owner of the hotel was very nice and patient - answered every question with a smile and patience!

The matress in the room needs to be replaced. There were broken springs in it and was quiet uncomfortable. Other than that it was a great hotel.

We booked the room with panoramic view of meteora. It was absolutely stunning. The view out the window and from the balcony was breathtaking. The included breakfast in the morning had lots of choices and was very tasty.
