Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Breakfast was very limited for people like myself with dietary issues, even more than one cereal selection would be improvement...
Loved the rustic vibe to hotel, perfect location, fanfastic staff. Only let down was breakfast.. other than that 210%...

They were willing to let us check in at 2am. Bedroom accommodates three people and breakfast was very good. The beds were very comfortable.

Everybody was very friendly and helpfull if needed, a small beach and acces to the sea not far from the accomodation.

Great value for money , charming hotel, breakfast ok, our room had a mini kitchen which is great if you need it. Beds were comfortable, friendly staff. I would go there again.

Hotel is located by the busy road so its a bit noisy, swimming pool a bit small but cute and shower without the door, so you've got your own swimming pool in your bathroom after taking a shower.
Nice hotel, comfortable bed, good location if you want to explore the island

The room was cosy, always clean and in a good location, and as public transport is not well developed it is easy to walk to Zakynthos town centre. The owner is polite and hospitable, he made sure that the breakfast was delicious every morning.

it is located on the main road and you had to walk about 5-7 minutes on this road which was a bit crowded and very difficult to get to the beach

-Dirty pool, even after cleaning, still can see sand on the bottom. And working time for the pool very uncomfortable. (In hotel rules you cannot use it around siesta time) -Door in freezer is broken, so on the upper part all food was freezing as well. -untill closest beach need to walk +-7min until church :) , but it is dirty. Better take "free bus" to Banana beach, stop is nearby, and go to huge beach with clean water!
-friendly and helpful staff -possibility to book transfer to airport -very tasty breakfast -Nice balcony( we were lucky we had view to the sea, but not all rooms has it)

good location but difficult walk outside hotel with no footpath for about 500 yards and very busy road. steep walk up to some of the rooms.
rooms are basic but very clean as is dining room. good clean pool with lots of sun beds. friendly and helpful staff. good location. fantastic local authentic Greek restaurant - Gusto.

Kind staff, good Greek breakfast. Rooms vwere clean and comfortable. Nice terrace with swimming pool . All on all very good value for money.

The hotel's location is at a main road so there is some noise. Also, the room at the pool may be not the best choice if you want to rest in the afternoon.
We liked that there is a pool right in front of the room, there were all kinds of devices for a long and comfortable stay - iron + ironing board, hair-dryer, safe-box... The bathroom was spacious. Everything was clean.

Pool is right next to a busy road so there is noise from that when your relaxing next to the pool.
Awesome host. Nice pool. Good price. Breakfast was good. great view of the sea from the balcony of the room.

Couldn't use the pool during the afternoon and sunbeds are very not comfy, dirty and a lot of ants. Breakfast like 0, no fresh at all, location really damgerous as there is no pavement to go in the village and it's a very busy road. The kitchen in the room is out of age. When you put sign don't enter and don't clean they still entered in !!! The shower is in same level at the bathroom so you got water everywhere... They don't speak well english so even basic question they couldn't answered it..

excellent staff and very clean room. I strongly recommend it for families! Very quite place and very nice pool. The staff was very polite and willing to help you This is the 4th time i am visiting this hotel and i still rate it 10 out of 10!

I came in the Hotel for holidays but this doesn’t look like holidays. People come and wake me up early everyday because the parking in Hotel is full and other visitors in Hotel move our car to open the road for other visitors who want to leave from hotel. Unfortunately I will stay for 2 more days and now I feel scared if people will come to wake me up also tomorrow morning like it happened these days, but also for my review in booking that will be seen also by the owners of the hotel but what I’m writing is everything true and the owners know this problem.

the parking place too small ; I was without car but for the people with cars was difficult
The staff was very kind and took care of everything ; I came with early flight and they did everything to make my check in as early as possible ; they even offered me the breakfast and a place to store my luggage .
