The beach was small and rocky which was a shame but the beach bar made up for it.

Truly all inclusive with nothing left out! The range of pools, variety of restaurants and exceptional staff were all of the features that made it a wonderful trip.

we came and no one said us that we need to get a reservation to the restaurants and we only can reserv a two restaurant it’s was annoying . the food in the main restaurant was not so good we expect for more but it was nice

Found at time service at the all day bar and night bar very slow. one evening we ordered drinks twice that never arrived and eventually went to a different bar.

A very family friendly resort. Spotlessly clean throughout the rooms and grounds with everything well maintained. Reception staff were helpful, welcoming and organised any requests quickly. Food was fresh and delicious with options for all the family. The highlight for the kids was the fresh waffles which were divine! friendly Poolside table service was excellent. A decent gym too.

An amazing experience and I'm sure I'll come back here again. Very helpful and nice staff, amazing food, plenty of treats at all hours of the day, clean and comfortable rooms, impressive performances, great gym and playroom - in short, I highly recommend. It is recommended to book places for the restaurants in the hotel (which are included) in advance (especially the Italian restaurant) and grab a sunbed early in the morning near the small pools.

Although large variety of food, most of it was mainly OK, but not very high quality. And also other little things that I would expect from a 5 star hotel (fiiling up the soap in the bathroom every day, changing the towels etc.). Nothing crucial, just the little things that makes you feel in a 5 star hotel.

The resort is beautiful and clean, many pools and restaurants so it doesn't feel crowded. The room was very big and comfortable. Large variety of food. All in all we had a great time!

The entertainment in the evening could have been better but it depends what you want. We had a complete bargain so no complaints really.

We stayed in a family bungalow with jacuzzi and the room was lovely, close to the pools and restaurants. cleaned every day by really friendly staff. In fact the staff were amazing everywhere, nothing was too much trouble. The a la carte restaurants were great and we booked them before we got there because we knew they would be difficult to book there. However the main restaurant had tons of choices. The champagne and sushi bar was also a lovely bar with views and lots of wine choices. Our first taste of all inclusive and we weren’t disappointed.

The food was good, not great. Maybe I am comparing it to traditional Crete food, but I really found it to be just okay...not spectacular. Even the sit down restaurants, which I would expect to be better than the buffet, were not out of this world. I ordered the Red Mullet at the Cretan restaurant and while the fish was good, it came on a pile of cooked spinach that was icy cold like it just came out of the refrigerator. This made the fish cold and frankly I like my cooked greens hot. We had the lobster spaghetti at the Fish restaurant and the lobster was extremely overcooked. And on the buffet, the olives seemed to come out of a can maybe? They didn't seem fresh and were marinated in some kind of brine. You go to Greece and you expect fresh olives...just saying. And the bed was a little hard...not horrible, but not great. The room otherwise was fantastic and spacious and visually beautiful.

The place is stunning visually. The staff are wonderful. The pools are lovely and the pool chairs are great with really wonderful umbrellas. The concierge was extremely helpful in helping us book tours outside of the resort. The drinks and coffee are wonderful. We also really like the gyros on the beach. For an all inclusive, it's good, you'll enjoy yourself.

It was hard to book the speciality restaurants and the service was slow. The family room was cramped for 5 and it didn’t have enough storage. Just 1 wardrobe with hanging rail and 1 shelf and 2 drawers. I was disappointed to find out use of the spa and indoor pool was £20 an hour for adults only. This was in the small print but since it was pictured in the main photos for the hotel I had assumed we could all use it. It seemed under-utilised as it was empty for the entirety of our stay. Other 5 star hotels I have been in don’t restrict use of their facilities in this way.

The kids loved the all inclusive buffet and the creperie. We were delighted by 2 fruit platters and complimentary champagne during our stay. The kids loved the main pool which was heated to a comfortable temperature. We were able to swim in April despite not great weather.
