Everything was perfect, we will be back!

The apartment is in a fantastic location, set slightly back from the main beach but ideally only a 4 or 5 minute walk. Ariana was a fantastic host, she booked us the best seats in the most beautiful local restaurants, helped us get settled in and even came in to change towels and clean everyday!

The location was perfect at it is in kamari, small location with a lot of activity on the middle of the island. But the best of our stay in moschatos was Adriana, the owner. She is the nicest person we met on Greece. Very helpful, resolutive and she can give you information about everything. Definitely she makes our trip much much easier. Also the place is very nice but she make it even nicer.

Everything was beyond our expectations. It was one of the best vacations we had. The room was extremely clean and comfortable. The location is perfect: best spot in Kamari. Looking forward to our next visit to Santorini and Moschatos Beach House. THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING!

Mr and Mrs Moschatos were wonderful hosts, they did their best to ensure that we have a pleasant and carefree stay in Santorini. We got a spacious apartment that had both seaside and mountain view. It was nicely decorated and had all the facilities you'd need. It might be one of the best locations in Kamari: close to the main bus stop and close to Kamari Beach (<5 minutes walk, there's even a private alley down to the beach). There are lots of amazing tavernas nearby, plus Santorini's best bakery.

Adriana and Janis was perfectly good. They take care of, helped with transfer from airport, car rental and places to go for explore or eat. House is amazing, peaceful but still in a center, there is private way to beach and it takes 1 minute. If we ever will be back on Santorini… we will be in Moschatos Beach House!😍

Above our expectation. It's a beautiful location, amazing sea view from the balcony and even from the bed. The apartment was dotated with everything you may need. Free coffee makeing facility, complimentary wine and water in fridge. If they have the room ready before check-in time, they are happy to offer the room earlier. Appreciat we could check in in the morrnig. Finaly but not leaste, Jannis is a great host, he explaned everything we needed to know. Unfortunately we didn't meet Adriana, but she was always available and very helpful to help us through messages Highly recommend!

The decor and amenities were excellent. Everything was perfect for our stay. At the far end of the beach -- with private access to beach -- so felt secluded while being just a few steps away from the all that the beach community had to offer. Adriana went above and beyond in helping arrange transportation, and she nailed it with her dining recommendations. If we make it back to Santorini, Moschatos Beach House will be our first choice.

The beach house is at the quiet end of Kamari beach with a small descending path to beach. The rooms are quaint with whites and blue accents. Some larger suites have beautiful views of the sea. The property owner is very helpful and the cleaning person is very sweet.

A huge thank you to the hostess for looking after us during our stay. The location is fantastic, just a short walk (5 mins) from the heart of Kamari - which has a long stretch of beach, shops, restaurants and bars! The place is clean and well equipped. It is very peaceful and quiet, with its own private walkway down to the beach. The hostess was lovely, waiting up for our late arrival, texting us to check we were okay, and booking our transfer to the ferry port - even taking us to our taxi when it was stuck in traffic! Thank you for a wonderful stay.
