It is quite outdated and most things don’t work properly (like the balcony doors), but for its price and location it was vfm.

The location was great and the staff very friendly. It had an air conditioner and a big enough balcony to hang out beach towels and sit to have a smoke.

No shampoo in the bathroom. There is a broken trashcan in the bathroom. The sheets were clean but maybe a long time ago and had a smell.

It has a good location and a nice yard. The owner was welcomed and nice.

The AC is leaking water , never put your bAg on the floor.. When I asked the property if it’s on the same side of the pier they didn’t answer and it turns out it’s on the opposite side of the island. When I can the property they told me to take the bus but the bus ends at 4:30 . They are no help. I had to pay extra to get a cab….

Shower wasn’t the best but it did work and we can’t complain because of the price!

The hotel was basic and clean. Having a pool was a nice benefit of staying here. The hotel is conveniently located for the supermarkets, shops and the beach front. it’s close to the bus stops as well.

It could use some renovation but judging by the value for money, the hotel is quite decent.

It is a budget hotel with the basic necessities for a traveler, at a great location right next to the main road of the village and close to the beach. The staff were always helpful and the swimming pool was a big extra.

I wouldn't prefer it for a longer stay than one day but generally for the price point it was okay.

For a day it was okay, and honestly it exceeded my expectations. It was more clean than expected, just old which can be seen from the photos as well. The staff was friendly and helpful. The towels, sheets, etc were clean just old. The AC was operating.

The "reception" area to begin with was a total dump, worse then a junkyard, but at least we got the room keys. The rooms were also a HUGE letdown, dirty fire-hazard, and upon waking up with a terrible allergy and looking into it, the matrace was covered in black mold. However, this wasn't all. We booked this "hotel" as it had a pool, and my son really loves pools. In the late afternoon after 5 pm we went down to have some fun, but as the kid - who is authistic by the way - was really enjoying himself, laughing, the "receptionist" came up to as and in a very rude maner asked us to leave as it's quiet hours (NOT mentioned enywhere, no quiet hours in the fine print etc) and we are disturbing the other guests. As we started to walk away our child started crying, as he was very sad having to leave, some nasty words were shouted at us!!! That music was blasting throughout the night, people shouting and slaming doors, was no problem, no quiet hours after 12 am, only a child's laughter in the late afternoon is an issue!!! In short, they managed to ruin our whole stay and even get us sick! Stay away from this "property"!

Very beautiful around the property, and views were great from our apartment (we could see the ocean and shops and beach). I liked the balcony and the bed was comfy, property is located in the middle of Agia Marina right next to the supermarket and food places. Staff were friendly and price was reasonable (cheapest I could find on the island).
