A friendly welcome by Yanis! And regular follow-up from Konstantinos, with helpful tips and quick response to our inquiries. Excellent views of the city and it’s ancient ruins from the rooftop! Not crowded with comfy furniture, great for glass of wine and direct view of the Acropolis. There was a small balcony in the front so we could also check out the action below. The room was spacious and clean, and the bed was comfortable. We stayed several nights so I appreciated the closet to hang things and a shelf large enough for an open suitcase (off the floor).

The apartment was spotless and really well laid-out. The bed was very comfortable and there was a small table to eat at inside the apartment, with another one on the balcony, which was a perfect place to sit and watch the world go by. Great bathroom too, with a powerful shower! The views of the Acropolis and Parthenon from the roof terrace were breathtaking, particularly at sunset. All of the check-in and check-out information was provided on time and in detail by Konstantinos, who was extremely helpful throughout our stay. We were able to leave our luggage in a safe place on the day we flew home, as we had a few hours between checking out and the time of our flight. The area itself is stunning - right in the centre of everything you'd want to see, and minutes away from the Acropolis, the bustling Plaka area, and numerous archeological sites. We found some great places for food - pastries and baclava from Beneth Food Hall, frozen yogurt at Tamara's and a delicious meal at Aerides, a restaurant in a quiet square at the back of the apartment. We walked almost everywhere, but also did a hop-on, hop-off bus tour so we could get a feel for the city. We enjoyed a visit to the Benaki museum, with wonderful fabrics, clothes and jewellery and had a lovely meal on the roof terrace there, followed by a walk through Athens National Garden. Would definitely recommend staying here!

The hotel is very central location, within walling distance of all the tourist spots. Many lovely cafes and restaurants are at most 10 minutes away. The room size was very good and fully equipped. It was cleaned every day. They replenish items like shower gel and soap as they run out. If I come to Athens again, I would choose this hotel without hesitation.

The location was key. We mapped out a 3.2 km trail that took us by many of the ancient ruins, archaeological sites, and museums. Dining was just steps away, and street music was a short walk from the entrance. From the balcony, we could see many of the activities happening around our area. Although it was close to everything, it was also quite at night.

Perfect stay at Mythodea Athens Suite. Situated close to all the sights in Athens, food and transport easily accessible. Room was cozy and cleanliness was top notch. Roof top terrace offers a nice view and a chilling spot in the evenings. Host was extremely helpful in arranging my requests. Highly recommend this property

Unfortunately on no review does it mention the church bells ringing hourly throughout the night and the very loud music going on until 02.30 every night along with loud traffic so I didn't not get much sleep during my stay despite the owners insisting I am the first person ever to complain which seems so odd as the noise was consistently loud. I guess that's the payoff for a central location.

The host greeting us on arrival, finding us in the plaza and allowing us to enjoy our room early, Quiet spot in the Plaka, no road noise. Host was very helpful with sightseeing and restaurant advice. Rooftop area was divine, allowing us to enjoy drinks and nibbles whilst enjoying the view of the Acropolis and Athens.

The location was awesome and it was a clean and modern apartment. The roof top terrace has amazing views of the Parthenon. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful. Wish we could have stayed longer. We will be back!
