Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.

Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.

By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United KingdomFood choice was good, but I am a vegetarian and found that a little more repetitive as I found the main meals were meat based but I didn’t go hungry, lots of salad! Cocktails/drinks were better at the beach bar, found the evening ones at the main bar were rushed! (Understandable as it was always busy)
Amazing location, we’ve stayed around here before and chose this hotel based on the beach! We loved that we could walked into georgioupolis along the beach too. The beach restaurant was lovely and we enjoyed the Greek nights there! The beach bar do great cocktails. Our room was a shared pool room which we would definitely book again if we return, private and lovely views of the mountains. The waffles and popcorn at the “sweet corner” were a nice treat!

FranceDinner in main restaurant was disappointing. Bath towels and one robe were tired and worn and scratchy . One day the bath mat was stained and another was frayed at the edges, they need replacing . No tissues provided in room, had to use toilet roll. Very unusual for 5 stars
Excellent staff, helpful and always smiling. .After a couple of days we were greeted like old friends by cleaners, beach staff and waiters. Left our safe wide open one day and nothing was even moved. You can't put a price on that! The safe was well placed at a comfortable height, we find the safe in some hotels almost inaccessible. Beach with comfortable loungers all with walkway access but difficult to move to shade at certain times as rather close together. Some couples seemed to get round this by reserving 4 loungers, in a row or 2 behind. Excellent beach towels Food at breakfast and lunch was excellent and theme dinners were very good and worth booking

United Kingdom- Late night children’s entertainment (8pm), children were quite tired by the time it started. - Ants, we had ants enter the property underneath the front door every morning.
- Staff were incredible, fantastic service with a smile and they were always happy to help - Animation team were exceptional with Children, my daughter loved all the girls - Treated like VIPs wherever we were - The villa was incredible, very spacious and felt homely, was lovely to chill by our own pool in the early morning and evenings (even though it was slightly chilly) - The food was superb, always lots of choice and everything was tasty - The pool was lovely and warm, with plenty of space to let our little one practice her swimming - The beach was perfect, lots of beds, sand and blue warm sea - Overall a definite 5 star quality hotel!

What an amazing resort to stay with a family. We were so happy we chose this hotel. The staff is so friendly and helpful, we’ve never experienced such attitude before. The hotel is very clean, we had cleaning two times a day! Entertainment for kids all day long - amazing! Food is delicious, every day it was something different to taste for everyone. We highly recommend this place, like literally the best resort we ever been to.

United KingdomBeach loungers & Umbrellas are far too close to each other and so people are too. Drink quality is poor, beer is tasteless, tonic & soft drinks at the bars are “rolla cola” quality. Gym is tiny.
On the beach, low level and medium sized. Good choice of room types. Restaurants are all good. Staff are excellent.

DenmarkThis is minor, but could be a bit more of traditional Greek music in the evening.

PolandThe only thing I can complain about was my room. And that's just because of the smell of damp. The room was on the ground floor and there was a smell of damp, probably caused by irrigation devices. Besides, I have no negative comments - it was comfortable and clean.
I am very pleased with my stay. The hotel is medium sized which is a huge plus. It is very well maintained, modern and tastefully decorated. Its great advantage is the location by a fantastic sandy beach, where hotel guests are provided with a complete set of amenities. The hotel staff is very friendly, professional, willing to help guests. The food in the hotel deserves attention - the choice of dishes is huge, regardless of the meal, besides, the ingredients used are of really high quality. Plus, it's hard to get bored with this food. The swimming pool may not be large, but it is sufficient for the guests using it. The hotel has a large car park, so leaving your car safely is not a problem. There is also a well-stocked supermarket nearby.

Romania1. The quality of some food ingredients was not of a 5* hotel. For example, one would expect natural juices (at least in the morning or limited supply), tasty tomatoes or more tasty home-made sweets (the comment refers to the ingredients; the food was well and carefully prepared) 2. For children, the animation program during the day was quite limited and not everything on the written program was fully observed 3. Cleaning of the rooms takes place the whole day long, even at 8 o'clock in the evening, which is a bit annoying. In some cases, the cleaning was quite superficial 4. There are few paid shadow huts on the beach. However, these are placed on the first row, in front of all (unpaid) sunbeds, which limits the sea view of all the people sitting on the sunbeds 5. We made a early reservation for 3 rooms at the same time (a large family group). However, the hotel did not ensure that the rooms were closely located
The resort is close to/ on the beautiful sandy beach, sunbeds and umbrella included. A good 5* hotel, all inclusive (AI): meals, drinks, sweets all the day long. Large rooms and nicely decorated, with attention to details and needs for a summer vacation (e.g. support for drying clothes on the balcony, etc.), comfortable beds, quality bathroom installations/ equipment. Large outdoor pool, beautiful garden and good location (50 minutes drive from Chania airport). A good variety of buffet style food. Nice animation program for children (and adults) in the evening. We had a reservation for 3 rooms with 3 small kids and the hotel provided baby beds in every room. The personnel is professional and helpful (even for unexpected events). It is obvious that the hotel management and personnel work hard to make our stay comfortable. The comments which I mentioned below are mere aspects to improve, not necessarily minuses.

Where to begin! Perfect hotel for a beach holiday. The facilities and food were outstanding, however what made the Mythos so special were the exceptional staff. Evangelia, Charis, Leon, Stavros, Andreas, Asteria, Gabriela and all the team made my daughter and I feel so welcome and delivered service worthy of the 5 star rating. Would also like to mention the manager of the resort Nektarios, who seems to be there 24 hours a day leading his team from the front with precision. The whole experience reflects the vast amount of industry awards they have won. Almost forgot to mention the fantastic 8km beach one minute walk from the hotel. Thanks to the Mythos team for making our stay so memorable.

FinlandVery rude staff at the bars (some so drunk whilst working, they could barely mix a drink), food was mediocre, cleaning staff was yelling outside our room before 7am and the evening entertainment could be heard loudly to the rooms. On an international rating this hotel is 3 stars and was totally overpriced
Beds were comfortable. Beach was nice.

NorwayVariable level of service. Some employees were very good, while others were not good when it comes to customer service. Male bartender at the pool bar was simply rude, and we wondered if he likes foreign guests at all. Air conditioning did not work in one of the rooms and it took many days to fix it - after many reminders. The food was ok, but best at the thematic restaurants - be sure to book a table in time/while you check in. Not as expected for a 5-star hotel, and in our opinion this is more likely a 4-star hotel. Maybe they have other criteria/requirements for star rating in Greece?
Nice outdoor areas, and a lovely beach easily accessible. Child-friendly hotel.

United KingdomWe paid £3000 for an 8 night stay for a swim up pool room. However the room was compact and you could see and hear traffic on the main road that fronts the hotel. The patio door was broken and would not lock. The bed had two body shaped dips in the mattress and was too soft. TV stand blocked the remote receiver so it would not work. Only English TV channels, were news channels. No smart TV, so no option to stream or mirror content. The mini bar is only stocked once per week. 4 cans of fizzy drinks and two beers. Poor quality mixers used in drinks at the bar which are very sweet and artificial tasting. The choice of drinks brands is very poor. One local beer, one vodka, gin, whisky, or brandy. Only local wine. The swim up pool was dirty with mould in the grout between the tiles and was not cleaned in the 8 days we stayed. Staff did nothing to stop guests leaving towels on beds, at pool and beach. We only managed to get a bed by the pool twice in an 8 day stay. The Pool area was not monitored by staff. Food in the restaurants was average. Wide choice but quality was poor. This is not a 5 star hotel by international standards closer to a 3/4 star.
Friendly staff. Proximity to beach.Air con in room. Rooms were cleaned daily.
