Everything about Nimbus was amazing! The staff were fantastic, the breakfast was sensational and the view was incredible!! I liked that it was only about 12 rooms in total, so it felt like a private holiday! We will definitely be back!!!

For the price paid, I was expecting some nice pool with a view. As well as jacuzzi rooms were super nice, but with no privacy from the room with private pools. They offer Belvedere private dining experience which was super nice idea combined with a nature and views, however food was poor quality which was surprising comparing to breakfast (that was super good). I would say one dish as a main (grilled octopus) was super nice, everything else was cold cuz it was set up all together all the way above the hotel (because of the view) hence that the rest of the food was cold.

Minimalistic decor, above Oia, no crowd, just a hiking path above the hotel in case you are up to some activity of 25-30 walking. Breakfast was super good with a la carte options.

Be smart about your transfers and taxis. The price does add up over a few days if you’re going back and forth. It didn’t negatively effect our stay but something to be mindful of.

This was the perfect place for us to enjoy everything about Santorini. The staff (Katarina and Vasilis in particular) were brilliant. They made our experience really personal and enjoyable with their conversation, food recommendations and drink creations. I’d recommend at least having one night (or all of them) at the hotel bar. The location on the hill looking over Oia is so perfect for the sunset without the crowds. The food was also AMAZING! Only a 10min drive down to the Caldera in Oia was perfect to spend the day down there and put our feet up at the hotel in the evenings. The reception are also always there to help book taxis or transfers through WhatsApp whenever you need it. We would definitely stay there again and recommend to anyone!

This is likely the case for many hotels in Santorini, but the room itself was on the smaller side and didn't have a lot of extra space (lots of patio space though!). There wasn't much room for 2 open suitcases, and we found ourselves feeling a bit overcrowded at times.

The location was wonderful. If you do the hike from Fira to Oia, you'll actually pass by the hotel on your way into Oia. The hotel is located on a hill, so you get amazing views of the island and the sunset. Because it's about 10 minutes driving from central Oia, it's much less crowded and actually very quiet and peaceful, especially at night when there are less hikers nearby. Our room came with a private patio and dipping pool, which was such a relaxing way to spend the afternoon and morning of check out. The staff was also very attentive and helpful. It was easy to communicate with them through WhatsApp both before and during the stay. There is parking on site, which made it easy for us to drive to and from central Oia without worrying about parking at night.

The view from the hotel is spectacular! With the caldera to the left, there is an unobstructed view over Oia and the famous sunset. The rooftop bar was serving an individually ordered breakfast which left no wishes open. Besides, the bar is also one oft best restaurants in town. The hotel is also close to the hiking path from Oia to Fira. The whole staff from the reception, the bar team and the housekeeping, etc. was super friendly and went out of their way to make our stay even more pleasant. We were among friends!

Wonderful place to stay in Santorini! The hotel is beautifully designed/decorated and located at a high point on the caldera with a view over Oia. The rooms are spacious and very clean. Staff was wonderful - super helpful and welcoming! The breakfast is delicious. The walk into Oia is about 25 minutes, so might be far for those with mobility issues, but hotel offers a driver service or could easily order a taxi. Would highly recommend staying here.

The property was in a v v hilly location which was extremely difficult to walk up to. No swimming pool at the property.

Everything was perfect. Fabulous breakfasts and staff were so helpful.

This would only apply to a stay in cooler months... Our infinity hot tub struggled to get up to temperature. Whilst we did share this with the hotel management and maintenance did attend, unfortunately it went unresolved. We asked for a cover for the hot tub as this would have worked, however this was unavailable. In the meantime, management did give us access to another room to use a smaller hot tub. Although not ideal moving room to room in a towel, we were grateful for this. We mentioned this to another member of bar staff, and she provided us with a makeshift cover (tarpaulin) in an attempt to help. We covered the tub ourselves and by the morning the temperature had risen, we were so happy but sad to be departing that very day. We informed the manager that they should invest in covers, especially for the cooler months as this would save them a lot of energy, and prevent loss of heat. We hope that we will return to this beautiful hotel one day to see they had taken our advice, as we had chosen this particular room based on the infinity hot tub and only got some use of it on our final morning before check out.

We absolutely loved our room. It was spacious and a very pretty room to stay in for our honeymoon. The food and drinks were also amazing and the staff were incredibly welcoming, friendly and approachable. The views were breathtaking and it was genuinely a really lovely place to be for a sunset on the terrace. The location was perfect for us, providing a beautiful walk into Oia (around 30-45 minutes). It is rocky though so wear comfortable shoes.

There are many things I would like to explain, such as thed designing of the hotel, since I was able to watch the sunset at my room with or balcony and it was not necessary to take a taxi go to watch the sunset
