We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

IrelandHotel is very dated and requires refurb urgently. Bathroom way to small and shabby. The pictures shown on Booking. Com must be at least 20 years old and do reflect current state of hotel.
Staff were extremely friendly. Hotel was close to bars and restaurants.

United KingdomThere is restaurant as well but really pricy I have to say for the look and stuff which don’t really coming often to serve you on the beach 😁 Sometimes no one coming at all 😃 I suggest the hotel put discount for customers who live in the hotel to use in restaurant for food and drinks. Because if you will around on the street there is many nice restaurants for better prices. I think that’s the reason why Nostos hotel restaurant always empty
I’ve been surprised about every day cleanings service? They were changing towels, bed sheets every day! Didn’t expect that that staying in 2 stars hotel Always freshly clean and smelling nice room. Super! Also loved because sun beds at beach were for free because we lived there. Beach like a minute away from your room 😀 dream

FranceThe service between employees and holidaymakers is just great, a perfect welcome with a smile. It's a hotel where with my boyfriend we will return if we were brought back to Santorini. On the beach with affordable prices it is the perfect place, the room and its equipment nothing to say. A rather nostalgic moment on the last day because we managed to create links in 1 week, I recommend.

United KingdomVery noisy a/c (I had the worst sleep..), shower was rubbish (shower head and a curtain that keeps sticking to you when trying to shower. Incredibly annoying. atmosphere was uninviting at the front of house. Smears of blood and mucous on walls of room. Had bright light shining through out window all night with paper thin curtains. Uncomfortable beds.
Spitting distance to the beach, nice flora. The cocktails tasted nice the one time we had them.

IrelandThe most perfect location we could have asked for. The outdoor area was chill and relaxing, with incredible views. But what really stood out to me was the staff. Angie at the front desk was the first face we met, and always greeted us with a smile. I have to say the highlight of my day was having a little catch up with Angie, talking about our adventures that day. The entire atmosphere is just like a home away from home. Thank you for such a beautiful and memorable stay xx

SpainVery basic rooms, poor beds, a/c and outdated, needs a bit of TLC. They did not answer to any communication sent (phone or email) which made it unsettling before arrival. The place was empty while nearby restaurants and bars were buzzing....makes you wonder why???
Very basic hotel in the heart of the beach area in Kamari, sun loungers were complementary to hotel guests and there is bar service while on the beach. Rooms were cleaned daily. It is a lovely complex hotel area in need of care and better service.
