Excellent location, very close to Plaka and Acropol, you can see the Acropol from the main restaurant, exellent varied breakfast. Very friendly staff. Special thanks to Dimitris, the security officer, the first person who met me with greeting at the entrance upon my arrival, and walked me out to the car upon my departure. And also special thanks to Konstantinos, Markos and Georgios on the reception, for the explanation and assistance in everything.

Review in English: “Hello, the hotel is clean with a nice design, and the rooms are well-maintained. The staff is amazing and very helpful. However, one thing I didn’t like is that there is no water in the sanitary facilities. We are Arab guests, and it’s important to consider that water should be available in the restrooms and toilets.”

The room is a bit small, even for one person. The desk is not spacious enough to work on.

The room controls are quite fancy with touch screens. The view from the restaurant is amazing with a wonderful breakfast buffet.

It’s a really nice Hotel. Great looking lobby. Room was nice, comfy and clean. Shower and bathroom are spacious. Most of all, all the stuff was very kind and professional. Breakfast gives a great variety and the view is fantastic.

The Air Conditioning can sometime be weak, the elevators are on the slower side, and the "heated" pool and hot-tub in the spa area, weren't very warm when we tried them. However, we still had a great time.

The NYX was a great experience, the staff was extremely friendly, hospitable, and engaging. They always made sure everyone is taken care of, and are having a good time. The breakfast selection is great, with an amazing view of the acropolis. I'vent had a chance to try the rooftop pool, but I'm sure its a great experience. The room was super clean and comfortable, with zero issues or flaws.

The discomusic at breakfast was of bad quality. It is nothing wrong with disco music but the choise of artists was very bad. The floor in the room need to be cleaner. Only use a vacum cleaner is not enough. Wet cleaning is nececary.

The breakfast was top ! Everything was there ! Staff very helpful and was always smiling. Indoor pool was nice and also the spa. The view from the upper floor is fantastic !

- a bit pricey - they claim to have a Jacuzzi but it's just the pool - the spa area (sauna etc) requires a reservation and is very small (6 people max at a given time)

- great location - the rooms are "smart" and very easy to use - great breakfast - modern design - free entrance to the sauna - great staff - close to a train station and shopping street

We had an amazing two night stay at NYX Experia hotel! The hotel is at great central location, with amazing view to Acropolis from the rooftop. The room was clean, stylish with very comfortable bed. The staff were lovely and helpful. They made our stay special. We did not visited the spa and the pool, maybe next time.

The indoor pool is very tiny and the jacuzzi is not hot because it’s the same water as the pool.

It’s so pretty and everyone is very friendly. They have the best breakfast ever and it’s on the top floor so you can see the acropolis. So beautiful. It’s also a few minutes from the metro and walkable to so many places.

The cleaning team don’t clean the bathroom room well, they didn’t clean our shower during our stay and forgot to put the conditioner or other things The room is too small for 3 people, and the additional bed was tooo small
