The only comment would be if you value your privacy, get a room with a private pool rather than the swim up ones. While the swim up ones are great and a fun idea, they don't feel private at all. We were very very happy we picked a room with a private pool and sea view, but could still enjoy the main pool when we wanted to.

The breakfasts were fantastic, and the other restaurants for lunch and dinner were brilliant. Our room with a private pool and sea view was amazing, a very good size and the pool was the perfect spot that got sunshine until about 3pm (we went in October). The staff were exceptional, went above & beyond to make our stay comfortable. The restaurant recommendations from the concierge in Zakynthos were amazing too, which we wouldn't have found without her local knowledge. Overall 100% recommend!!

Nothing to complain – it was even better than expected.

We had a great stay at the Olea hotel – we loved that it was close by Tsilivi but a bit separated on a hill. So you could walk down to the Tsilivi by foot now and then or just enjoy the solitude within the retreat. The design of the hotel is super nice and the friendliness of the staff was striking – the team made our stay even more enjoyable. Also, the food at the restaurants was amazing, we tried the degustation menu at the Flow restaurant and it was extraordinary, we had a really special evening there. Plus: they offer a full vegan option, which I loved.

New and stylish hotel, everything was perfect - we loved our room with a deep pool, service was amazing. Also we had compliments from hotel when arrived and in the end of the stay, it was very nice. Breakfast was one of the best that we had, good options for choice, you can choose from menu or open table. Green smoothie and eggs royale our favorites. Also we used spa, yoga and meditation session with sunset view, all were free of charge.

From the moment you arrive to the moment you depart, the experience at Olea is exceptional. The staff, the hospitality, the food, the facilities, everything, is exceptional.

As it rained on the day of the Pizza making day we missed out on this experience and it was never rearranged. Also wine tasting and olive oil tasting was on specific days which we didn’t know about before. We booked this hotel for these specific experiences so we missed out on those also and they were the main reasons we booked this hotel. Wish we knew beforehand then we could have booked our stay accordingly.

The restaurants were amazing and the extra activities they offered such as Sunset Meditation and Yoga were so relaxing. The hotel was beautifully built and we have direct access to the pool through our room. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The spa was so relaxing with amazing views.

No sea view except from breakfast room. The center restaurant in the pool area was very dark, enclosed.

Exceptional breakfast, in a stunning venue with sea view and nice live cello music! Nice staff. No limit of coffee capsules for the Nespresso machine in the room (as opposed to many other Greek hotels, even expensive ones).

So many fabulous things but if we had to find one thing we were disappointed with it was the selection of music at the main cocoon bar/ restaurant. Sounds very AI / it would be great to have a selection of well known music .

Amazing resort, modern , architectural, beautiful rooms you could swim up to , healthy food selection, attentive staff - a fabulous stay & one of the best hotels we have ever stayed at .

A few things could be done differently to take the stay to an even higher level: + Nespresso refill was missed a few times + gym is available but VERY small and you need to book it -

Almost everything. It really is a nice place to spend your holliday on Zakynthos. A few highlights: + Several swimming pools so it never felt crowded + breakfast was amazing (2 x live cello concert ❤️) + room had an exit with sunbeds into a central pool + staff is very well trained + comfortable beds + Location (zante town is 15 min by taxi) + lunch at Cocoon (restaurant by the pool) + staff provided great offer of things to do on the island + Free massage by the pool ❤️

There are two disadvantages in my opinion: 1. The wifi connection that s not great and the second one is that most of the sun beds have no shade (I understand that the aesthetics of the hotel would be ruined somehow, but laying in the bare sun all day long is challenging)

Absolutely nothing

Unbelievable stay. Everything went out of their way to make our trip so special. Every single employee took the time out to acknowledge us as they went past, we missed breakfast one day - they waited for us so that we could still eat. They also gave us a room to stay in for the whole evening as we had an evening flight. Breakfast and dinner and omicron was fantastic. Cannot fault a single thing. Thank you to the team for an unbelievable stay. You all went over and beyond each day!

Second year in a row we come to Olea, always a great place. Best solution if you’re looking for suites with private pools, good restaurants (we tried all of them) and great amenities (gym, pool). We’ll come back next year

1- No privacy in the Bathroom. If someone is using the Bathroom during the middle of the night, then the other person in the room will be much disturbed because of the water circulation noise as well as the lighting in the Bathroom. I suggest isolating the bathroom for more privacy. 2-Breakfast is very Standard and boring. Every day is the same Buffet with NO change. If you are staying for 5 Nights, you will board with the breakfast. 3-Housekeeping is expected to be better and more professional. 4-Some Maintenance Jobs to be done for some parts of the Guest's Rooms, like shower, doors. hangers, curtain.

The most thing I liked about this Hotel was the very well respected and highly qualified Staff of the Hotel. They were very friendly and helpful and always smiling and welcoming. Also, I liked the Architecture and land scope of the Hotel.

Housekeeping service was a bit inconsistent with the service. They forgot to put bathroom floor mats a couple of times during our stay and also toilet paper.

Excellent staff, very friendly and helpful Food was really good, breakfast was exceptional, Specially the homemade jams.

It was all spectacular, beyond our expectations, super tranquil, exceptional staff. The service was 10 stars. Special thanks to the reservations team, I wish I could remember the name of the lady I spoke with and helped us with our booking, real super star, a BIG thank you 😊 🙏🏼 ❤️

Our room - honeymoon suite sea view!! And Michael at the bar and Anna at Nikkei. We had an incredible dinner at Flow & Dine - The sea between us - really recommend this.
