If I had to choose anything it would be having to book a gym slot as by the time we got to the hotel the next few mornings were taken and it’s not guaranteed people turn up.

Absolutely in awe of this place! One of the best hotels we have stayed in. All the tiny features, to the textures, the views, the comfort of beds, staff - everything!! Incredible.

I usually do not write reviews, but I wanted to take my time for this one. I would like to thank the entire Olea team for truly a wonderful holiday. I stayed for 1 week and had the private pool suite with sea-view booked. The staff at this hotel was probably the friendliest i have experienced. Everyone from the front desk, concierge to waiters were wonderful. I would like to say a special thank you to Ellie from the concierge, and Melia and Christina from the front desk who made my stay amazing and went out of their way for that. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone. We truly had a great time and really enjoyed everything from the food, the pool, the spa, as well as restaurants. Overall, the vibe of this hotel is great and something i would always come back for. I cannot wait to come back again. 🙏🏻🙏🏻

Self check in...! Such an unnecessary own goal. Patchy house keeping but not terrible. A very hard mattress which was unfortunate. Bedroom TV lacked common apps or ability to stream to it, which is expected in high end hotels nowadays really.

Excellent staff, couldn't be more accommodating. Good menus on offer at the various eateries. Nice suite with a relatively large pool and very good sea view.

There wasn’t really anything we didn’t like. The only thing was to maybe have more lighting round the pool area in the evening around the Cocoon restaurant. My husband tripped up as gaps after the steps and not very clearly seen at night.

We loved all aspects of the hotel, the staff, service, room, choice of restaurants to go to and top of the range cuisine. Nikki and Flo restaurants, we’re top notch, the prawns, shrimp and steak dishes were fabulous. We were on our honeymoon so s couple of times in our stay a couple of freestanding to our room. Great to mix staying at our room pool but also going to the pool by Cocoon restaurant. Not far doesn’t the road to Tisvili so convenient location. We had such a relaxing and enjoyable trip. The staff over and above and would highly recommend 😊

Definitely and highly recommend if you’re looking for resort which is top quality, great rooms, awesome service and very good food. For me it’s the little things that make a difference which propels a standard food service to a great one. Be it either proactively remembering that my wife is lactose intolerant, or the fact all the staff know their roles well, and perform them well. A special mention has to be for the concierge Ellie, she was always willing and available to help with any of our questions, she recommended awesome meal spots across the island and helped arrange car hire or taxis as needed. We stayed for 2 weeks and had a great stay. Did everything work perfectly first time, no. But it never does anywhere. The true meaning of great service is what happens next. On the very few occasions something didn’t happen as and when it should, the staff went out of their way to address and resolve it. We’ll definitely be back! Sinead & James

Two areas that could be improved at the hotel are sound isolation and mosquito prevention. Enhancing the soundproofing in the rooms would create a more peaceful atmosphere. Providing preventative measures against mosquitoes, such as nets or repellents, would enhance guest comfort. Overall, a great stay with minor areas for improvement.

I recently had the most incredible stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, I was met with exceptional service that exceeded all my expectations. The highlight of my trip was celebrating my birthday during my stay. To my surprise, the staff surprised me at midnight with a mouthwatering cake that was the best I've ever tasted! It was a thoughtful gesture that made my birthday extra special. Dimitra, a member of the staff, was incredibly helpful and professional, always wearing a smile. Mike at the bar crafted the most amazing cocktails on the island, if not in all of Greece. The reception girls, including Sotiris, was attentive and assisted us with everything we needed. Our room was clean and comfortable, and Alexandros ensured that our stay was exceptional. The personalized experience provided by the staff was truly outstanding.

Nothing, it was perfect

The hotel and grounds are stunning, the room was beautiful and the view outstanding. Having a private pool provided a perfect, private getaway that we couldn’t fault. The staff were so helpful and friendly. The food was amazing in all of the restaurants. we felt no need to leave in our 4 night stay.

Everything!!!! Rooms are very confortable and decorated with taste. The food is delicious and the scenery is amazing as we are surrounded by olives tree and lavender. The staff is incredible, everything you expect from a 5* hotel! A special thank you to Mr S. at the reception and Miss E. at the conciergerie who made our stay unforgettable. I highly recommend Olea all suite Hotel if you come to Zakynthos you won’t be disappointed.

Breakfast had a wide variety and staff always on hand to take orders for food that was not out. Delicious, fresh and the perfect view whilst you eat. Highly recommend rooms with a private pool, SO spacious! Room service food is of restaurant quality and very easy system to place these orders. Staff were so friendly and ready to assist with any questions and queries. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

The in house restaurant Flow was not very good and extremely expensive. Probably the worst meal we had, all the other restaurant and food options were incredible.

Truely amazing hotel, exceeded all expectations that were already very high. Staff were extremely helpful, entire resort is the best I have visited. Would love to visit again.
