The walk to the nearest bus stop was on a dangerous piece of road so I walked uphill to the bus stop at the bakery which had a better footpath. Everything else was perfect.

Apartment was beautiful with tasteful decor and art. The view from the terrace and room was spectacular and the staff lovely and helpful. Local buses were reliable once I’d got the hang of them. Netflix was a bonus as it was very cold in the evenings. Markos arranged taxis for me for my arrival and departure. They allowed me in the room very early. Lovely hot water and the view the view!!

I highly recommend it to everyone. The apartment is in a wonderful location, right in front of the sea. The building is very charming, and from the terrace you can mainly enjoy the famous Santorini sunset. It is completely separate from the other apartments, so it was quiet. The airport transfer organized by the host went perfectly. The host, Markos kindly waited for us at the accommodation, even though our flight landed in the late evening. It was great that a small brochure awaited us, including a map of Santorini and recommendations for sights and restaurants. We also received assistance with renting a car. The apartment is spacious, comfortable, well-equipped, and very clean. It was tidied up daily while we were out. During our four-day stay , we also received a change of towels and bed linens.

The property next door hosts weddings, so there can be occasional noise from partying, but the vast majority of the time this isn’t an issue.

Lovely spacious room, very clean, modern and decently equipped with kettle, coffee maker, refrigerator. Very large, comfortable bed! We love the location as it’s away from the over-touristed areas and just a short walk to a bus stop and the lovely little village of Megalochori. It’s also right on the caldera, with, depending of time of year, views of sunsets from the terrace. An all year sunset viewing area can be reached in just a five minute walk.

Marcos met me on arrival and showed me around, giving lots of helpful information for my stay. Tavernas short walk away for good meals, beautiful location and easy to get around on local buses. Had a great time.

The host called us when we arrived and was.super nice, I think when someone arrives to the airport you usually feel pretty lost, so I think calling or WhatsApping at the time you arrive to let you know they are ok with you taking a bit longer to get to the location or helping you on how to get there is the best and that is what he did.

Everything was amazing! Markos is an excellent host and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again for future visits to Santorini. The apartment itself was spacious and comfortable. Large bed, good shower and nice equipment/facilities including coffee machine. We visited multiple places for the sunset but the view from the patio here was easily the best! Short walk to the village itself which was also lovely, and managed to walk to Fira fairly easily. Markos provided and talked through a brochure he put together including maps, bus routes/times and places to visit and things to do. He generously got us a bottle of wine for the first night sunset and was easy to get hold of to answer some questions. Went over and above and allowed us to freshen up way past check out time before we had to get our flight home

The view of the caldera was unmatched, simply incredible. Each night a new beautiful sunset to watch from the lovely patio. The location was perfect. Close to lovely shops and a nice swimming beach 10min drive away.

whilst the location is beautiful, there’s no where under 15minutes walk to pick up any drink/food so you need to plan and stock up your room with refreshments

Not much! We said we would like to have a hammock or a swing chair in the front courtyard but that was the only thing!

Amazing location so peaceful. I definitely reccomend staying here over staying in more central towns like Fira and Oia. We loved every minute of staying here. We had a minor issue on our first night and our host came out at 10pm at night to sort it and it was service with a smile. No complaints, just sorted it straight away. Our host was amazing and gave us all the information about the buses. Which we also found super easy and affordable to get around the island. You don’t need to hire a car if you are not wanting to we did 5 days using the buses and were completely fine. The rooms were very clean and were cleaned every day by the staff here whilst we were out. Good amenities like a fridge and kettle and coffee machine. This made our stay in Santorini so much cheaper as we were able to have breakfast at the room rather than eating out x3 times a day!
