The views were absolutely breathtaking, and the suites were spacious, very clean, and beautifully decorated. The furniture had a unique cave-like feel in a luxurious and stylish way. We booked three suites: 2 Cave and one Sunset, all had amazing views, but I personally recommend the Cave suite the most. Everything in it was just perfect and well thought out. The sunset view from all of the suites we booked was dreamy and added a magical touch to our stay. Breakfast served in the suite was lovely, and the hotel manager was so friendly and helpful. The location is also great ,just a short drive from all the important spots. I’m excited to come back in the summer to enjoy the pool more, as the weather was quite cold during our stay.

The property is brand new, super clean and has a modern cave feel. The private pool facing caldera is breathtaking and has great privacy. The staff was super friendly and kind, big thanks to Eva for everything.

The property itself wasn’t fully open, so there were no amenities, I’m sure when the hotel is fully open, it’s going to be even more unforgettable.

Like the name states, this is a one of one experience. The sunsets I experienced here are unlike anything a description can do justice. I had to pinch myself a few times because things were so perfect they didn’t feel real. The sunset suite might be the best decision you make in your life.

The temperature of the water in the pool could be higher. There is no restaurant on site, and only 1 or 2 restaurants in a walking distance, but there is a food delivery service through the Wolt app.

The room was comfortable and well decorated. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We had a great time in this hotel.

I had a great stay and the staff did a very excellent job of helping me find activities and making my stay that much better. Especially Eva and Andrés! Definitely looking forward to coming back!

From the second we arrived the hotel everything was just perfect!!! The room with the view to the caldera was stunning! Eva was so helpful and caring, everything we asked for or needed was answered and taking care of immediately!!! Can’t wait for our next vacation!!

The hotel was beautiful all around. The room itself was kept clean, the staff was welcoming and friendly. They were always available to help and answer any questions we had. Most beautiful view I have EVER had from a hotel room. Staff is great. Restaurant is closed but don’t let that stop you from booking. It is worth it to just download the app “WOLT” and order breakfast to your room. The front desk will run it down to your room. I was skeptical because the place was new. But do it! Book it! You’ll love it! 😊

One of one Hotel is an exceptional hotel. Eva is an excellent manager and exceeded all our expectations. She was so understanding and accommodating. She really did everything in her power to make us happy. The hotel itself was extremely clean and beautiful. Every room had an amazing view and was so spacious. I look forward to rebooking in the future when the facility is complete. Definitely recommend staying here if you want a great view and some quality time with your partner.
