The shower in our room needed maintenance - it kept falling down

Pool shut at 6pm. If I had a family of kids with me I would have booked elsewhere because swimming in the early evening 6-8 pm is the best time. It avoids the heat of the day.

Great staff on the desk, in the kitchen and servicing the rooms. Pool was top drawer. Close to restaurants and supermarket. Breakfast had a real healthy vibe.

Pyrgos was a lovely place to stay in Santorini. Lovely staff in reception. Extremely friendly. The staff at breakfast were less accommodating. The coffee machine was switched off on the button of when breakfast finished so if you were late sitting down you missed the coffee.

In order to reach second floor , there are only stairs , no lift. Needs maintenance in the toilet , the drainage system smells really bad. The beddings had stains (no totally white ), they were clean but ..... The hotel looks lke a very beautiful old lady. It needs a good renovation so to be in excellent shape.

Excellent location! From 2nd floor , you can have a view of 300 degrees around Santorini. Spacious room but it needs renovation. Helpful staff.

Needs a bit of maintenance! Shower holder was installed way too high to reach. After every shower the bathroom floor was wet. The shampoo & shower gel holders were broken n left it at the sink upon check in. After 2 days, nothing was done, I just threw it in the bin.

The staffs, very friendly! The view. Park our car right in front of the hotel. Not too crowded as like in Oia n Fira.

We think there are some rooms that need a make over. We didn't like how small the showers were in some of the rooms.

We loved the people. They were all very friendly and helpful, they went out of their way to accommodate all our needs. Julia was specially attentive and took very good care of us. The best capuchino!!! From the manager to the bags handker made us feel like home.

You get what you pay for in the rooms - they were very basic. The bed was the hardest bed I've slept on and resembled cardboard so unfortunately, I didn't get a good night sleep at all. There were a few stains dotted about the room, on the curtains and walls. The bathroom could also do with an update, as the shower was rusty and the shower tray was quite dirty and stained. As I said, you get what you pay for as we were in the lowest room category, however, the view was unbeatable!

The pool area was lovely and we enjoyed amazing sunset views here. The staff were also all lovely and attentive, helping with any questions we had. We loved how quiet the hotel was, we came for one night in May so it wasn't peak season, however, it was still so tranquil, no sounds of roads or cars and it felt very private. The nearby town of Pyrgos (5/10 min walk) was so charming and a great way to spend a day walking up and exploring all the different paths. If you're staying here for more than one night then I would suggest some form of car or ATV as it might get a little boring.
