The room is small, but this was not a big issue for us.¹

The hotel is located in an empty area near the Peraia promenade, benefiting and suffering equally. Is close to the beach - 500 meters but not near other hotels where the parking place is missing. Here is plenty of space and, despite being close to the airport, quite silent. The room is nicely decorated but the space is scarce. The bathroom has a good size, and in the room there is a big double bed, a fridge plus a nightstand and a luggage table. An LCD tv also. It's clean and the checkip process was easy. No physical contact with the reception or other staff members.

I spent one night in Perea in order to pick someone up at Thessaloniki Airport (BTW: you can park there for free up to 20 minutes). The location is ideal for that kind of operation but not for people who come for beach adventures. By bicycle everything is near but on foot it is a bit of a walk to the nearest grocery store etc.

I closed the bathroom door and got locked into the bathroom. I had to kick down the door to get out I didn't expect it to lock behind me but the staff were understanding of the situation.

The hotel is in a great location close to the airport and also many beaches nearby. The room is modern and the bed is really comfortable and large.

There are no towel holders in the bathroom, it would be useful to put a couple of hooks on the wall.

I will definitely visit this hotel again. The staff at the reception desk was very hospitable and helpful, the communication and contact were excellent, and all the instructions were clear and helpful. I liked the interior a lot, I got a cosy bedroom with a handmade wooden desk and subtle grey and earth colors. I could see that whoever designed the rooms they have put some thought and effort into their work. The bathroom mirror was a nice surprise, with a magnifying area and with led lights for makeup. The hotel is located in a quiet area, near a beach and a promenade. I was happy that I got such a clean, quiet and comfortable room, with a balcony facing the sea, at such an affordable price.
