Fantastic villa and pool, cleaned daily, regular helpful contact from staff. 2 free breakfasts at sister hotel Thalassa Suites and great recommendations for things to do and places to eat nearby.

Given the high price of the stay, we have a few suggestions. The kitchen could use some more equipment. While the house was generally very clean, we noticed some leftover items in less obvious areas (below the sofa bed, which we used, or above the wardrobe). The small bedrooms had a bit of an odd smell when the doors were closed for a while; it was unclear whether it came from the air conditioning or the curtains. Additionally, there were many mosquitos outside in the evening, so we preferred using the pool in the mornings and afternoons.

We stayed at Perithia Suites for a week as a family of four plus a friend. The houses are very modern and new. We loved the property, the tranquility, and the really nice pool. We enjoyed spending entire mornings just relaxing around the house and pool. We were also allowed to have breakfast twice at their sister hotel, Thalassa Suites. We took advantage of this offer once and had a perfect day by the pool and beach at the hotel after breakfast.

It was a perfect holiday house, one of the best we been so far. Pool was perfect for us and our 5y.o. who even managed to learn how to swim :) Janis was very welcoming host and generous gift for us was just too cute. You will learn about it yourself. :) Everything is clean and rooms are cleaned every single day until perfection. It was private and quiet. Close to Roda and Kassiopi towns. Recommend 100%.

The villa was very modern and comfortable and we enjoyed relaxing by the private pool without being overlooked by neighbours. It felt like a hotel stay with comfortable beds, quality bedding and daily housekeeping. Within easy driving distance of Kassiopi and Old Parithia.

Setting up the timer for the swimming pool filter by yourself would be great and give a bit more flexibility.

We enjoyed an exceptional vacation. 2 breakfasts at the close resort / hotel were included - a pretty good service. In addition, when asking for a hand mixer we got one within one day. That helped a lot to make the kids their favorite pancakes. We really liked the suits and the pool. An extra-ordinary service with a full recommendation - including the pretty nice island!

No complaints at all, we would not hesitate to go back in the future.

Quiet location, but within easy walk to village tavernas, or short drive to local towns - all which had excellent restaurants. Close drive to nearby beaches. Villa was very clean, towels and linen changed regularly, high quality accommodation, wonderful pool and outside area. Easy parking. Excellently supported by the management team, including access to another of their company owned facilities.

Very helpful host! The property was lovely and clean and they cleaned the pool regularly. They helped us rent a car - which is a must for getting around the island.

Personally, the mattress and pillow were too hard for a truly comfortable nights sleep. And it would have been ideal to have a washing machine available, especially for a longer stay.

This was the most perfect small villa for three of us. The pool was much larger than expected and the setting was truly peaceful and tranquil. Our flight was delayed and we did not arrive at the villa until until 2am, but a member of the management team was in constant touch. They were extremely helpful with any question we posed. Nothing was too much trouble. Even helping us to use the facilities of a sister set of suites not far away, so we were able to shower and change before leaving for our late evening flight. A car would be essential if you wished to visit other areas of North East Corfu. The villa was spotlessly clean, and had almost everything that you would need in the way of china, cutlery and cooking equipment. It is close to the heritage sight of Old Perithia, which is well worth a visit. We would definitely stay again
