I wouldn’t go here if you like the warmth and hospitality of personal hosts / personal business since this hotel is part of a chain of hotels and they just work with a lot of staff coming and going.

Beautiful view and beautiful design of the hotel. The location of the hotel is perfect (lots of steps, but that’s for most of Santorini), close to anything you might need and close to the sunset view. The hostess (Jola) was very available when you needed help and was not too formal with guests. Rooms were very clean, breakfast was as expected and plenty.

The hot tub was only warm, which is fine in summer but less comfortable later in Fall. The jets auto turn off after a minute.

Amazing location right in the heart of Oia! The breakfast was truly exceptional, felt like eating at home. The grounds have a view in both directions east and west and you're far down the cliff so the surrounding city sounds are quiet. It was fun watching all the photoshoots in different parts of Oia. The staff were really great at making recommendations for places to eat that were off the beaten path/less touristy.

the location was perfect. the room met all our expectations and gave us the best view of the caldera. the staffs especially the manager, Ms. Jola always make it a point that we get the best comfort that their hotel can offer.

The view and location was incredible. The staff was so accommodating and kind. Yola, Fimi, Ali and Mohammed were friendly and knowledgeable. They made our stay! They went out of their way to make my friends birthday special. I highly recommend staying here. I definitely will be visiting again.

Ola the manager was exceptional, so accommodating & helpful to ensure we enjoyed the best of the island. She recommended restaurants, made reservations, organised trips, and made sure we had everything we needed. The breakfast was wonderfully varied & used local & fresh ingredients. The location was perfect as everything was easily accessible & within walking distance. The view was brilliant as it showcased the beauty of Oia & we were able to see the best that Santorini had to offer.

Nothing I didn’t like. Although prepare yourself for a little exercise as there are steps to access the hotel and back up to the main street. But it didn’t bother me.

The staff were very helpful, friendly and did everything to make our stay memorable. Also the location is perfect, in the middle of Oia with an amazing view of the Caldera bay, for the sunset too. About the room, it was lovely and comfortable, we could have breakfast on a little table outside our room and enjoying the view.

Our room was incredibly small. Although we werent in the room that much, we didnt even have anywhere to put our suitcases or clothing for 2 people. We didnt spend much time in the room but it was definitely very tight for 2 people.

The free breakfast at the hotel was very nice. I also liked that the location of the hotel was in the heart of Oia. We were a very short walk from all of the famous Oia photo spots and had great views from every point in the hotel.

It’s a bit of a trek to get up the stairs to town (especially with bags) but worth it for the quiet.

After spending 4 days in Oia, I believe this is one of the best locations to stay. It’s steps away from the bustling town area but so quiet and private. The views from the property are amazing, especially from the pool area. The cave rooms were on the smaller side but a very fun and unique experience. We loved our semi-private terrace to relax at in the evenings and enjoy the view. Service was impeccable - the staff made us feel so welcome and helped us with everything we needed from fresh towels to dinner reservations. We are so happy we chose to stay here and will recommend it to all of our friends and family.

Staying at Pearl of Caldera Oia was The BEST experience! The staff is absolutely exceptional! Yola was an amazing communicator from the time of booking, making sure our transfer from the airport was set up. She was sooo helpful with restaurant recommendations and made our time there so amazing! The location is absolutely EXCEPTIONAL! the perfect panoramic view of the Caldera with infinity pool. the room was clean and comfortable with everything needed! and oh my goodness! the continental breakfast is Ammmazing! the biggest selection of homemade breads and pastries, eggs, meats and cheeses, fruits, fresh squeezed juice, coffee drinks, bruschetta… just everything. the service staff were also wonderful with amazing service and the happiest attitudes. I will recommend Pearl of Caldera to all of my friends and colleagues coming to experience the best of Santorini! thank you so much to the staff for making our trip so so memorable and amazing! you guys are exceptional!

- Having to leave! - Saying goodbye to the wonderful staff!

We loved everything, firstly the staff - they were so helpful with anything, polite and super friendly. Especially when my partner hoped to set up something to celebrate my birthday. They were so helpful with organising flowers, cake etc. (in a quiet area by the pool, which isn’t allowed but was paid for, but we were not there for long!) I REALLY appreciated t the lengths Jola went to! As well as setting up balloons in our room! It was very special! Secondly, the location is very convenient,away from the hustle and bustle of Oia, yet central. The hotel itself is in great condition. Rooms are lovely and spacious . The views are breathtaking from all areas! Especially the pool area!! The food is also fab, breakfast was delicious and plentiful as well as lunch that we had! A wide variety on the menu at reasonable prices! I would absolutely recommend this hotel, from our excellent experience, I have NO doubts you’d be more than looked after!! They really made our holiday! Finally the hotel can arrange tours and transfers which is super helpful and convenient in the high season. We will definitely return!!

not an issue with the accommodation as all caldera accom would be the same but best to note that you need to climb a lot of stairs to and from the accommodation to town (probably around 80-100). definitely doable but something to note if you have limited mobility!

Beautiful hotel, with amazing staff. The location was stunning but difficult to access for anyone with mobility issues. The staff was there to help with all our needs, even carrying our luggage from the taxi drop-off point. The manager, Jola, was able to check us in early, arrange transportation, and made restaurant reservations and suggestions. She is truly a gem for the hotel!

Loved everything. You can tell that they really care about the details. The view is amazing and private which is a plus in a busy area like Oía. The host was awesome and really nice. She even took me some pictures with the view of the hotel which for me is great because I’m a content creator, so I loved that. Also the hotel is very private and quiet, away from the noise being still on the main area. I would definitely go back.

a hidden oasis in busy Oia, if you came to Santorini for the views, this is it! this is the closest you’ll get to the perfect spot for sunset (literally people line up all hours of the day) but not you— here you have your own perfect spot. with an infinity pool. incredible staff like Jola, Fimi, Ali, and I can’t remember the chef’s name for lunch but the food is yummy!! here, you’re family. and you have private views of the caldera shared with only 12 other rooms. fresh breakfast prepared daily. Jola knows everything so ask her!!
