The carpets in the common areas were dirty. The pillows of the sofa in the room smelled like dust. If you do not open the windows in the rooms for the day it starts to smell like moisture and dust. The spa requires additional charge to use the sauna.

The breakfast is good, the location too. The staff are helpful.

The hygiene could be a bit better in the room that we had. Especially in the bathroom.

Great roof bar/restaurant for the evening. Has a parking on the back of the hotel which can be used. Overall appears as a modern hotel to be in. Used a car, however it seems to be on walking distance to the center as well.

We arrived there in the middle of a heatwave and the hotel was saving costs on AC. The elevator was a sauna, the toilets next to the rooftop terrace were unusable (the soap in the dispensers was at 40C, there was no ventilation, you were literally suffocating due to the extreme heat), the room we stayed in was unusable for about 1h until the AC, set on max, kicked in.

Big room. Lovely rooftop terrace. Convenient for a 1 night stop on the way to the Greek islands.

The elevator didn't operate from the ground level near to the parked car, so we had to go to the reception level in order to go down by elevator. At breakfast, to drink tea, we had to ask for hot water and the choice of tea bags was very limited.

This hotel is ok. Not far from the center of Serres, in a quiet area, parking ok, breakfast generally acceptable.

The room had a view of the park, but at night from 23PM-03 AM you could hear some rather unpleasant beeps from the area of the trees. I suspect that these are solar-charged devices that are triggered at night to repel bats. I reported it to the reception, but of course they pretend they don't know anything. We were two mature people, so there is no question that we were wrong. Avoid the cameras from the park.

First and foremost, our room was located behind the rooftop where a party was taking place. Throughout the night, the noise levels were unbearable. At 3:00 am, two or three girls were loudly playing, screaming, and even moving furniture, creating a constant disturbance. Despite our best efforts, we were unable to get a decent night's sleep. The hotel's lack of control over the noise from the rooftop party was highly disappointing and affected the quality of our stay. However, the spa facilities at the hotel fell short of expectations. Described as a spa, it was more akin to a gym with a pool and sauna. The limited operating hours of the spa were particularly frustrating. Despite being advertised as open until 9:00 pm. When I arrived at 8:30 pm to utilize the facilities, the spa's receptionist informed me that the spa closed at 8:45 pm and I didn't have time to utilize the facilities. The inconsistency in the information provided by the staff was disappointing and left me feeling misled. I hope that the hotel management takes this feedback into account and makes improvements to ensure a more peaceful and accurate experience for future guests.

The breakfast at the hotel was satisfactory. There were decent options available, and the quality of the food was acceptable. It provided a decent start to the day and was one of the few redeeming aspects of our stay. Also, the coffee was good. The room was clean and spacious.
