The hotel is in a wonderful place between two towns and the staff keeps it very clean. The food is excellent with traditional Greek spices (offer for vegetarians as well). A barbecue is organized every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday. The enough number of sunbeds at the pool and on the beach, which is regularly cleaned, although the reservation of sunbeds, which some guests continue to do despite warnings, should be prevented. The furniture is worn out and the rooms need to be modernized, but then the price of the accommodation would probably be even higher. I give the hotel a 9, although it deserves a 10 because of the staff.

The eastern Europe way of booking seats in the all inclusive area on the beach. Really bad that such a booking with towels is still allowed. Hope this is changed soon. The water park can take a renovation here and there.

The water park was great 😃😃 Kids were there from the morning till the evening. It was very clean and the rooms were cleaned every day + new sheets+ towels.

Food. There’s a huge variety of dishes, but they taste the same, or rather tasteless food. Room cleaning is awful. We had 5-day vacation, and our room was cleaned only one time! It is very noisy in the corridor, it is impossible to sleep during the day. Alcohol drinks are only in the lobby. In the restaurant you can drink only local beer or wine, that’s all. So during the lunch you always have to go to the lobby for drinks by yourself. The same if you want to have some alcohol drink at the beach or swimming pool. It’s really uncomfortable.

As a take away lunch for a day trip we got a poor snack (a bun with salami and cheese, a bottle of water, some cake and fruit). I think this cannot be considered as lunch in the all inclusive form when it is really easy to pack some veg salad with meat in a lunch box, for instance. But still we got something. It would be good to get a new tennis equipment as the rackets and balls we got were really too old and damaged. I missed the beach volleyball area on the beach and I also think, that smoking on the beach should not be allowed especially when there are many kids around. But that is about people / guests of course.

I know the hotel from about 20 years ago, I loved it there that time already. I came back now to see how it's changed. I need to say that it's very nice, perfectly located, kids and family friendly and all the staff has been really kind. Everything clean and food really good. Thank you!

Entertainment zone and playground was very old and partly damaged, was not properly prepared for enjoying. Have to renew some equipment. Also part of furniture is old and not so comfortable. Splash area was not working.

Everything was perfect clean, room was comfortable. Staff ware so kind and polite. All animations team ware grate, very interesting, funny, especially Sonja.

Spacious/Spotless clean room at 5th floor with fabulous sea view. The hotel is located in an ideal spot by the sea with nice beach. Nice gardens, and spectacular water park for the kids ! You can explore from this location both villages of "Platamonas" and "Neoi Poroi" and all the Pieria Riviera in general I had only "breakfast" and i have not opinion for the "All inclusive meals" BUT from the variety and the taste of the breakfast i can ensure you that must be...delicious !! Hotel personnel always with a smile. Hope to return in near future

The hotel is dedicated for families with children, therefore don't expect a relaxing atmosphere. Very noisy and hectic at the buffet and the beach in the peak hours. Most of the tourists don't follow the house rules and occupies the sunbeds for entire week with towels, so the first 3 rows are always occupied 😒 The room number is attached to the room key. This is a security issue in case you lost the key. Some of the fire extinguishers in the corridors requires refill.There is only one elevator available for the entire hotel and another external one which is insufficient for the hotel capacity.

The friendliness and professionalism of the staff. Main gate officer welcomed us with a warm welcome. Cleanliness of the rooms and the great job done by the housekeeping team. Check-in was very smooth and the receptionist described the amenities included. Restaurant manager and the entire team was superb. Bar staff, super attentive as well. Recreation team, Filipos and Stelios were super friendly.

outdated and broken furniture and fixtures, bathroom and some walls need a repaint and repairs, around the toilet something was smelling bad, the deck needs repairs, the fireplace needs repairs, the wallpaper needs some glue, the beach needs to be properly cleaned, the sunbeds need to be replaced

1. Slippers - not included; 2. Free toiletries - included, but of the worst quality- probably the cheapest found in a normal supermarket; 3. Hairdryer - didn`t work. I couldn`t use it. It looks like one I used to find in an old hotel from the 1990`s; 4. Lift - we waited for 10 minutes to may catch the elevator (we were at the 5th floor and it`s always crowded there); 5. About the 2 outdoor swimming pools: one was closed all the time in our stay and the pool for children was opened immediately after we complained about this issue (on our 4th day of stay). Most likely no one made sure that it was sanitized properly, so that I came back with a skin infection/skin eruption, which continues to expand daily. But no one cares about my problem... The only purpose of this property is to make as much money as possible. and to treat their clients with disrespect and inconsideration. It doesn't matter their problems, it just matters to take their money, regardless of not offering them what they bought, at an exorbitant price for the quality offered. 6. Regarding Food & Drink, there is so much to say.... FOOD: horrible, like in a social cafeteria This is the first hotel where I didn`t find any eatable sweets. Everything was so dry and not fresh at all- and only a few sortiments, not atractive at all. All the meals were the same every day, horrible and not fresh. Probably the dinner was cooked from the leftovers from lunch. DRINKS: I haven`t seen any fresh juice anywhere, even if in the hotel page description this is mentioned... Even the lemonade was something colorful, light yellow, with bubbles... it doesn't even contain real lemons..squeezed lemons, the definition of a lemonade. Only juices with the taste of dyes and additives, with a lot of sugar. The cocktails also contain this kind of horrible juice that changes the taste of any prepared drink. This hotel does not even deserve 3 stars. With indulgence, 2 stars. It's just a false advertising.

- Main two pools were closed during the whole duration of our stay - Even though it was all-inclusive you could not get food/drinks 24h, only in certain timeslots. I would say this was more a full pension offer rather than all-inclusive - No service at the beach, everything was self-service - Alcoholic beverages are only served at 2 spots which are not near the beach - Even though the facilities were always clean, many of them are old and need renovation - The only good spot, Saloufes Bar at the beach was not included in the all-inclusive offer --> to me this is not a 5 star hotel but rather a good 2 star, you could make an argument for 3 stars

The resort is a bit far from the city, about 15 minute walking.

The food is good, multiple options each time, good beverages. The beach is good and safe for the childrens.

The beach is dirty and not cleaned nightly, as it is in many all inclusive. There is no "beach bar" unless you want to pay and its not all inclusive. Rooms are clean, could go for some updates. Staff is not friendly, doesn't smile -- but they do serve you. Food is bland, and not "greek" rather a plethora of bland basic things. Lifeguards at pools are most concerned about what is happening on their mobile phones, rather than what is happening around the pool -- a lady slipped by the pool and fell, lifeguards didn't even approach to see if she was ok -- too preoccupied on their mobile phone conversation. In between the scheduled meal hours, there is nothing to eat on the resort -- other than ice cream and what is sad excuse for sandwiches. Thankfully the beach is beautiful and makes up for the lacking on the hotel side.

Beach is nice and water is clean. Rooms are fairly new and very clean.
