The property was very beautiful. I was comfortable and clean. Because the house is cave style it had only one window in the entrance. About the location if you are with the car ypu need 5-10 minutes to get to fira but if you are walking i wouldnt advice staying here.

There can be a key safe at the front door so the guests can check in them self. That will be ideal.

Excellent environment and very friendly host. You can have everything you need in the house, even the pots and silverwares for cooking a meal. There are two rooms available for use, both are large 2m*2m. And a large sofa that's enough for laying down.

There was no clear indication where to park our rental car. The neighbors living in the street were very unfriendly. Indicated that they will scratch our car if we didn't park about 200m from our house next to the road. The one bedrooms bedding didn't smell to fresh. The towels wasn't nice and soft. On arrival there were a few flies due to horses stabled close by.

Very neat and clean. Kitchen was nicely equipped except for a egg lifter. A bigger ketel will be nice for 4 people. A microwave will be a nice addition.

There wasn't much I liked about this property. in fact the host ruined our stay in Santorini. Firstly, on the first day we caught the host spying on us from above and over the roof. We felt violated and there was no privacy. We had innocently booked knowing three adults were travelling. the accommodation stated it sleeps up to four. When we arrived, we were told that we only booked for 2 adults. It was an innocent mistake. During our trip we had booked over 11 different hotels in Europe, Our experience with all our hotels, except this one was excellent. I have never experienced a host like this before. The host refused to accept my explanation that our booking for 2 adults and not 3 was an innocent mistake. We were demanded to pay 300 Euros more for the extra person. I was also threatened that it was the week of 15 August, and we should be paying more. I clearly told the host the booking in Booking.com was made 8 months prior in January when the booking was accepted and fully paid back in January. I was provided a bank account to transfer the additional money to and was told this was the owner's Bank account. I was threatened and was told the owner lived up the street and he has seen three people were living at the property and we needed to walk separately. Fancy been afraid to even walk up the street because we were told people were watching. Not something you want to experience when on holidays. When I asked to meet with the owner after we were harassed every day, the story changed. We were lied to, and when I asked a simple question regarding the fact there was no HOT water I was ignored. The host ruined our 4 days in Santorini.. If the host /owner was a decent business person, the fact there was NO HOT WATER , OUR BOOKING MISTAKE WAS INNOCENT, they could have tackled the issue differently by saying " Hey guys we realise there are three adults, you only booked for 2, but that is OK given there is NO HOT WATER at the house.

Monica met me at the gate, she was very helpful .. she loved my dogs, and showed me the place .. the location is a little outside of Fira, but very authentic, you get to see another side, away from the hustle of all the tourists and noise in the summer :)

It suited us well for a short, peaceful and private stay on a busy and crowded island.

Hosts were welcoming, kind and generous.They helped us with rental cars and arranged for a friend to take us to the port when two taxis failed us. We also liked the authentic location and the beautiful courtyard for eating in the evening. The property was stylish and original and we appreciated the daily cleaning and fresh towels and bedding every day-we did not expect this exceptional service!

on the first night, it was cold and there was no blanket. Wei called them for blankets and yes they provided. electric stove was not working at all, and neither coffee machine was working.
