We sort staying in Volos for years. This was fat the best accommodation we ever had. Affordable amazing apartment. Has all the amenities for a perfect stay. The location is exactly seconds away from port or main market streets . The sound proof was absolutely amazing. The owner was very helpful with easy check in . Everything was a high standard living.

The apartment was very central and close to the port where we needed to be. The apartment is also very modern and clean. Constantinos is a great host!

The apartment was fully refurbished, with the best materials and design! Rooms are covering all the needs you may have. The position is perfect, there is a parking option next to the suites, which makes it even more better. And, more important, the owners are 24/7 there to help you!

The apartment was new, great design, comfortable beds, super clean and well equipped kitchen. The location is right at the port and close to the city centre. The host is welcoming and friendly. We really enjoyed our time and would totally recommend it.

The only complaint I had is that the apartment does not have parking, which can be problematic/expensive considering you are in the city center. However, the host stepped up, once again, and came by the apartment (it was around 23h) to show me where I could park free of charge. So this is not a complaint as the host solved the problem for me.

The studio is located in the city center, therefore there is a lot of traffic noise but the soundproofing was perfect so we had no problems with the outside traffic noise. The kitchen is fully equipped for four persons, and the only complaint I can make about it is the lack of a frying pan and small/medium pot (there is a large one). However, if you are not planning to prepare complete meals for your family you'll find everything you need to prepare breakfast and/or dinner. There were other kitchen appliances like a coffee maker, sandwich toaster, electric kettle, oven, and stovetop. The bathroom was amazing, mostly but not only, due to the huge bathtub which our little daughter liked very much. :) I would also like to praise the host who was there for us 24/7. Was long past midnight when I had a question for him and got a reply within minutes. A very kind person ready to help regarding any matter. He helped me carry the bags and even took out our trash on one occasion. True definition of the extra mile.

If you forget to switch on the hot water, you have a cold shower, otherwise all good.

Very nicely furnished and modern, 10 minutes walk to the ferry. The owner was very helpful.

On first impressions it is a new modern apartment however it is not very functional. I would have liked to rate it higher but it is not a place you can easily sel-cater/cook in. One pot provided, no fry pan, no bench space, can't put washed dishes anywhere; the bedroom has the glass shower in the corner, so no privacy there. The toilet fan/light also turns on the vanity basin light which in turn lights up the whole bedroom area. No hooks to hang towels; no t.towel just paper towelling. We found it humid, don't think the air-conditioning in the loungeroom is effective to reach the bedroom. Thought it was a cynical exercise in modern design with no substance. Not sure the owners or host have ever stayed there. Be aware that the address does not appear in Google maps so you'll end up at a different place. Would not stay again
