The main reason I stay is for the location.”Pool area needs refurbished Didn't like that a friend visiting me at the hotel would have to pay 30 euro to use the pool. This seems excessive for this facility. Staff during breakfast came at 10.20 to say it was closing - very abrupt

Great location, very close to tram stop which takes you straight into the city on an easy 30 min ride. Breakfasts were amazing. Really clean. Great roof top pool.

When we arrived , we were informed the room was upgraded to seaside view, although we paid for city view. However, we discovered that there is a very hectic road below , so for us it was too noisy. We asked to "downgrade" back to city view, and room was perfect for us. We thank the wonderful and attentive team, who assisted with car rental, attractions ad every question we had. Thank you very much!

It would have been nice if hotel guests had priority. Additionally, no one offered to help with the luggage upon arrival.
The ocean view was amazing from the room. The sunsets were fabulous. The breakfast was incredible. The sky bar was amazing.

The room was perfectly fine; we only went there to sleep, anyway : ) ...faced the inner courtyard, so the noise from the main road wasn't heard. The beach was very close and not crowded. It was perfect.

Friendly accommodating and helpful staff in all areas, excellent facilities including beach front sun beds and restaurant. Lovely clean spacious room. Loved the roof top seating area which had wonderful views of the bay as did the restaurant. Great accessibility to public transport outside the hotel and including the red hop on hop off bus. The location beside the sea was great to avail of the sea breeze and wonderful views.

That means during hot hours when you have to stay in your room with kids, there are not many options for entertainment. Second, the rooftop pool opens at 10 a.m. and closes at 7 p.m. If you cannot take the heat, you want to use the pool before 11 am.and after 6 p.m. when the sun is not too hot. Finally, the cleaning lady insisted that she needed to enter the room every day even though we did not need any cleaning. That forced me to plan my day around the cleaning schedule which was super annoying.
The locations and the cleanliness of the facilities.
