It was hard to find a parking spot, but it was only a minor inconvinience.

Alex is the best host you can wish for. Ask him about whatever you would like to do, he knows the best locations! He is very nice and helpful, and has the best tips about beaches, parks, where to eat, and what to visit in or near Thessaloniki. The room is comfy, has AC, and the dog is very cute and fluffy!

An exhaust air would be desirable in such a small bathroom.

Alex was always friendly and helpful. He is also an animal lover and has a dog and two small birds. There are grocery stores, bakeries, restaurants and cafés nearby the apartment. The residential area is outside the city center. If you want to go to the Center or sightseeing, I recommend taking the bus or even rent a car.

The apartment is in a residential area so you'd have to walk a little bit to public transport. I think the owner has dogs in the apartment sometimes, although they weren't there when I was, so be sure to ask if you're allergic.

Being a shared room in an apartment you never really know what you're going to get, but this turned out great. I had gotten onto an earlier bus which meant I arrive 3 hours earlier, but host Evi responded quickly and was waiting for me when I arrived. Thanks for being flexible! The place is an apartment with two bedrooms, one for me and one with another guest (they were sleeping when I arrived). Host Evi showed me around and instructed me on the appliances in my room (airconditioning, tv, fan, etc.). I was free to use the couches, kitchen, balcony and bathroom. I could lock my individual room and also received keys to the front door. The place was quite clean, although the bathroom was a bit small and showed some wear. The host didn't stay at the apartment himself. Neighbourhood is a bit far from Thessaloniki center, but close to the apartment was a very lively area ("boardwalk") with lots of shops and restaurants. A nice surprise to me.

Everything was great

Property in nice location in Kalimaria district. Host Alexis was very welcoming and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble, and I was offered all the help I needed, or would need throughout my further stay in Thessaloniki. The property was clean and very comfortable. Air conditioning in bedroom was a godsend as temperatures were above 40 degrees. It was a pleasure to be welcomed into such a lovely private home. I can highly recommend this property. I had a short stay here but great nonetheless. The place is very nicely decorated, with good taste, the host is very vert friendly, the area is quiet and the balcony is just sweet, specially for a morning coffee. Would not hesitate to go again! Thank you!

I am using this accommodation for the second time. That said, I have no complaints. I will gladly take him again if I come to Thessaloniki.

The accommodation is in a very nice location, close to the center of Kalamarija. Everything is clean, tidy. The hosts are extremely friendly.
