Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

New ZealandYou absolutely need a car if you stay here. The last 200m up the driveway to the hotel is a dirt off road track on a very steep uphill which was a bit scary for us arriving at night time
The room was lovely and the staff are all very nice. Bed and pillows were super comfortable. Views were amazing.

New ZealandNothing at all. But I wanted to address some of the complaints of other reviewers: - breakfast is a la carte only (not buffet)- that was very welcome for us, who care about overconsumption and food waste… google it, if you’re interested in stepping outside your own little selfish bubble. - yes it is located a way up a steep road, a small part of which is unpaved, like many other roads in Milos, so if that’s a problem for you, maybe don’t come to Milos (or grow up..) - the private beach is indeed accessible by way of a perilous descent down many stairs, parts of which have no handrail, and shouldn’t be attempted after drinking. If the private beach is a key reason for booking, maybe think twice. Agia Kiriaki is a lovely beach, just a 10 min walk down (20 min up) or short drive.
Prepare to die and be transported to heaven, looking down and out to the Aegean Sea from every corner and window of your room. The room was spacious and had everything we needed. The daybed outside was a favourite spot for the 5 days we spent there. The mattress and pillows were extremely comfortable. Breakfast is served in the restaurant which also has spectacular sea views, and is good for lunch and dinner too. Staff were exceptionally warm, friendly and responsive, especially the charming Harry from reception. We’ll look forward to the day when we get to return…

United StatesThis property would be a 100/10 if there was a pool onsite. It would make it perfect.
The views are absolutely incredible. There’s a path to an essentially private beach from the front of the property. The room was beautiful and we had our own day bed (we didn’t use it since it was so hot and we were only there a few days). There’s a restaurant on site, too. Staff was very friendly and helpful!

GermanyPsaravolada is a jewel on the wonderful island of Milos. We stayed for three nights in late July and wish we could have stayed longer. The suites are very comfortable, the view is breathtaking, Kiriaki Beach is only three minutes away, and the restaurant is possibly the best on the island. Most memorable is the quality of the service--everyone from Haris at reception to the wait staff in the restaurant were professional, immensely helpful, and very friendly. Psaravolada is highly recommended--if you can get a room!

United StatesCan’t think of anything.
The view is amazing and the space around the rooms was nice it wasn’t very crammed together. It was nice to be away from other properties and the town when we wanted to be “home” and relax. The bed was fantastic and the room was large. If there was a pool here I don’t think we would have ever left the property. The staff was very helpful put never pushy to do excursions or rent anything, I knew they were there if we needed help with anything.

CanadaI recently had the pleasure of staying at Psaravolada Resort, and I must say it was an unforgettable experience. The resort is perched on a hilltop, offering breathtaking views that are nothing short of spectacular. Waking up to the serene landscape each morning was a highlight of our trip. The rooms at Psaravolada Resort are exceptionally clean, spacious, and beautifully appointed, making for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Every detail is thoughtfully curated, ensuring guests feel right at home. A special mention must go to Nancy, whose service was truly exceptional. She went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect, making us feel incredibly welcome and special. Her warm and attentive approach added a personal touch that made all the difference. Overall, Psaravolada Resort combines stunning scenery, superb accommodations, and outstanding service to create an unparalleled experience. Highly recommended! Thank you and can’t wait to come back again!

United KingdomBreakfast starts at little late - 08:30. But I recognize that this is normal in this part of the world.
It’s very quiet due to the remote location - extremely relaxing. Still easy to get to the main port town. The staff were lovely, and the breakfast delicious. Best hotel I’ve stayed at in a while!
