Well it was very traditional Greek But you were only able to fully close the doors with pebbles which I loved but some people may not

Plumbing was a big dated but OK. Pillows could be better. Too much chlorine in the pool.

Excelent location with great view! Very spacious rooms and lots of space everywhere. Nice sandy beach tight in front of the property. Vlage style decor.

A little remote from nearest town, shops and attractions, need to take a bus or drive to get anywhere.

Sandy shallow beach with several tavernas and mini supermarket only few minutes walk, quite pool and respectful residents. Beautiful views from balconies perfect for sunset watching. Great service, Karin ensured we have everything we need and a complimentary bottle of wine was a nice touch.

Needs more sunbeds and parasols. Pool very clean but machine should not be in pool when people are swimming. Not safe with long cord. Dog barking for long time in the night.

I thought long and hard but could not find anything that I didn't like

Property is much better than pictures show. Location exceptional. Size of the rooms, furnishings more than adequate and more that required. Star of the "show" is Karin, property manager/host. Extremely helpful without being intrusive. Tips she gave us were spot on. No need for guides, online reads, tips or suggestions. Just ask and follow what Karin has to say. Pistache - the best mascot ever (not giving it away) :)

Bed was creaky. Doors don’t shut too well. Fixtures and fittings are all very old. Part of the charm, or just old? We think the former, but you may think otherwise…

Top spot. Overlooking the coast/beach while sitting on your balcony or by the pool. Very relaxed atmosphere and friendly staff. Quiet. Peaceful. Not a place for noisy families or groups. Enjoy the laid back vibe. Accommodation is old school - see pics. You’re here for the relaxation, not the decor. Not one for the instagram crowd.

A few more general comforts would have been nice (window screens (they're coming, I know), softer towels, beach towels in the room or pool area), but overall very good.

Great location with great parking. Easy access to the spot, as well as walking to beach and a few restaurants. Quiet. Absolutely lovely setting and view. Wish we could have stayed longer to explore the area and enjoy the pool. There was wine and fruit to welcome us - perfect after a long drive. The manager was super helpful and friendly.

Quiet location right next to the beach. Watching the sunrise. Our host went out of her way to help us plan day trips etc., she also drove us into town so we were able to purchase groceries as we did not have a car. She was so great and helpful.

Karin was very friendly and helpful. Kitchen was very well appointed (it even had a small dishwasher). Roomy, balcony overlooking the sea. We were a bit out of town so it was very quiet but car parking was straight forward in town. Recently renovated and very clean. Good value for money.

Wifi did not work in the room due to the structure of the building, so it was necessary to sit on the terrace to use a computer and wifi on the mobile. Cats were ever present at the hotel, frequently visited the terrace and attempted to enter the studio.

The view, over the sea, was amazing. Close to the beach. The studio was spacious and well equipped, with a terrace. Beach towels and sunshades were provided and we were allowed to take them on day trips. Staff paid attention to any issues that arose promptly. Quiet location with short driving distance to Agios Nikolaos. Parking on site.

The kitchen was a little dated, and lacked work surface. Bathroom could have been cleaner, though admittedly it was near the end of season. Rather too many cats, some of the guests ignored instructions not to feed them

Everything about the accommodation was good. It is quite a walk in to town so you really need a car. Having said that, taxis not too expensive and bus service about once an hour ( timing varies!)

Spacious accommodation and next to the sea. A minute to walk to the bay for a morning swim. Fabulous views from the terrace of the apartment. Couple of tavernas nearby with views out to sea. Able to walk in to Chania on the front for most of the way. Pool is good size and deeper than most Staff all very helpful
