The restaurant was difficult to book. However the resort has loads of choices within a 5 minute walk. The pool loungers get filled up very early. Bar is overpriced considering how well priced most local restaurants were.

The staff were helpful and very friendly, the perfect amount of customer service. The room we stayed in was fabulous, spacious and very comfortable. Great breakfast, plenty of choice, fresh and delicious. Lovely pool and fitness facilities. Great location to explore the island from and away from the busy port side of the island Loads of local restaurants to enjoy.

If I had to find a negative, we were there right at the end of their season and they had run out of some wines on their wine list…..minor issue as they always had an alternative ☺️

There is nothing to fault. It was beautifully clean, the staff were wonderfully attentive at the right level. It was comfortable, had everything we needed, including smaller details like hair straighteners in the room, full toiletries and even an umbrella should it have been needed….but thankfully not! The food was excellent and fresh.

If you push me I'd say maybe some of the tourist info we got from one of the front desk. She didn't about the donkey rides in Fira but you are really making me dig for something.

Great location for much needed down time. Room was good. Poolside was great. Breakfast was very good and the main shops and restaurants. We probably should have stayed another couple of days.

The water in the pool in the room was cold

The hotel was just perfect!!! We were also super satisfied with the location, the nice staff, the service, the hotel's facilities, the amazing gym, the beautiful pools with the pampering sunbeds, the excellent and pampering breakfast, really everything was perfect! We were upgraded for our anniversary to a stunning villa room with all the necessary accessories.

Slow service at the main restaurant. We waited over an hour for our food for a birthday lunch. Coffees often took 15 minutes at breakfast.

Came back later after check out to ask about laptop charger that was left in the room and girl from reception said she would check the room. However all she did was check storage area in reception. Was notified 3 days later that charger was found but by then had purchased another and was back in Australia

Presidential suite was excellent. It was large clean and well appointed. The private pool and outdoor area was impressive

There are better locations in Santorini to be based. The beach, by Greek island standards, is poor.

We liked literally everything about the property. Staff was friendly. Without fail we was greeted all the time. We felt welcome from the minute we got there. Very clean. They make sure you’re always got towels and top you up with water every single day without fail.

The breakfast and food in general was very low quality. We can go to swim only from 10 am !? And the swimming pool closes at 7pm ☹️

Very nice clean new moder hotel with amazing breakfast. Polite staff as well special in restaurant at morning. Good location of the hotel in Kamari close to the beach with lot of sunbeds and tavernas. We can only recommend this hotel and the area and the island as well. Superb holiday!

One of the best options on the east coast of the island. Very comfortable, nice resort setting, relatively small, so it creates a feeling of intimacy. Nonetheless, it is close to the active life of the small town, with restaurants and shops and promenada.
