United KingdomThe entire experience was amazing. The staff were extremely caring, helpful and courteous - always with a pleasant smile and attitude. The hotel itself is STUNNING, the rooms were very nice and cozy and had a nice feel to it. Easy access to the pool and facilities and still maintained a certain level of privacy and intimacy. The restaurant was simply AMAZING! One of the best dining experiences my partner and I have ever had - and the owner and his partner were also dining in and were extremely welcoming and pleasant. The resort is located near to the beach where there's loads of beach vendors so lots of options for food and shopping - also a nice option for night life. We felt extremely safe at the property and everything we needed was accessible. I would say both thumbs up to the resort and its facilities.

United KingdomThe down fall of the hotel was feeling singled out by the 2 men in blue suits that were in the restaurant. They never once came to my table or looked over at my table to see if I was ok, if I finished or needed anything. However, on numerous occasions I saw them, greeting, talking and clearing plates off other tables. Having been a young black lady on a solo trip it did make me feel uncomfortable as everyone else was white middle class. Many times I sat with no one asking if i wanted tea or coffee and I would have to go and find someone so I could order despite both these men walking past my table and openly trying not to look in my direction On one occassion at dinner i sat in between 2 tables with couples on. The gentlemen who was on shift that day in a suit did not once stop at my table, but held in depth conversations with the other tables, who were white and Greek.
I loved staff and all the facilities. My massage was one of the best I have ever had.

United KingdomNothing. Almost everything was perfect, items ordered via room service could have come a little bit quicker but I am sure this will be quickly sorted out.
Breakfast was phenomenal, wide variety of foods and extra foods not in the buffet can be ordered. It was my partners birthday I had the room decorated whilst we were at breakfast, Jason and Cara were fantastic! Jason blew up all the balloons and the set up looked great. When checking out we were also given a room to shower and freshen up in after we checked out of our Junior Suite. Top service, for a brand new hotel I am sure they will only get better!

ItalySome staffs are so arrogant. Upon check out last September 19 the bellhops didn't even try to help us to bring our luggages in Service car while staring at us beside the 2 receptionist of the hotel. We don't know his name. Take note; We gave a tip but still He's so arrogant. We are having hard times to sleep for 3 nights of our stay. The AC is not functioning Our first room 1040 on the second night. Then they transferred us to room 1042 on the 3rd night , the we experienced worst stat because of the noise coming from the machine of the pool ( according to them ) and upon callng the receptionist that night She ( Natalia ) told us that nobody can't fix that noise from their maintenace. So terrible experienced with the rooms and some arrogant staffs.

IsraelWorst service and experience I have ever had. On the first day there was a flood in the shower and the water flowed into the bedroom, so we called the reception to send a professional but each time they answered him with the answer "soon", but no one came to deal with the problem. On the second night of our stay, it rained all night and the room was completely flooded, the rain dripped from everywhere, from the ceiling and the plugs. We called the reception again and explained the situation, but no one came, and again we were told that someone would come very soon. Only when we physically went to the reception, they sent the bell boy to take an impression of the problem. Their solution was to put a bucket in the middle of the room and send us to the gym to use the bathroom there. We were surprised by the solution they offered and we were already really upset. In all this time, no one from the management bothered to talk to us. For hours we sat in a room without electricity and a flooded room waiting for someone to address our problem. Finally, they let us use the bathroom of another available room, gave us a 50 percent discount for the second night only and a free meal at the hotel restaurant. Of course we didn't use the voucher because of the very disappointing experience from the hotel. They should be ashamed of your level of service.

IsraelThe welcome was really bad, it was very hot and we could not park near the hotel. The person in reception was rude and did not offer us anything to drink although it was so hot. I expected a different welcoming from this kind of resort. The rooms were not clean. Although we came with children, they gave us two rooms in two distant places in the resort so we could not check up on them, it was very uncomfortable and disappointing.

United KingdomWe found the reception staff were aloof, slow and unhelpful. You often had to wait for long periods of time to be served. Perhaps they were understaffed but we found ourselves even standing there waiting for someone at the desk to just ask us if they could help. We were put in a small room with twin bed at first even after booking a double. While we were eventually moved, it took over 2 hours and at one point the cleaning staff came into the room and started to unmake the bed to just join it together for us while we were in there getting ready for dinner which was a bit awkward. A strange situation overall and it was fine as they moved us which we were grateful for but the service was not what I would expect from a Radisson Blu.
A beautiful hotel tucked away in Kamari. A great pool area and the rooms are comfy with great amenities (e.g. even providing a hair straightener). The breakfast was good and I would recommend booking Zefferino's for 1 evening - delicious food and the service was excellent (Dimitrios and Eirini were awesome!).
