Exceptionally, professional run family business, Greek father Adonis, German mother and four daughters, reasonable sea view and stunning Profits Elias mountain, perfect for hiking, two minutes walking distance to the beach and me and my partner felt better than at home

Unique black pebble beach is at the door step. Property is fully renovated and sparkling clean. Hosts are very friendly and helpful.

There was a slight smell of sewage that came up through the drains on the really warm days. However when we said this to staff they brought in covers for the drains and fixed the problem.

Location was fantastic, right beside the beach. A lot more chilled out than further up the strip. Staff were really friendly and helpful!

The rooms are quite noisy, the guest can hear the noise from other rooms, especially when the tap is turn on.

Nothing! I couldn't fault it.

The location is excellent, 2 minutes from the beach. Spacious room.....we had a double bed and a single bed. I have a back issue so asked for a topper on the single which was done as soon as I asked. Simone organised a table at a restaurant and transport for us. Her daughter Penelope contacted me before we left the UK and I arranged an airport transfer. Lovely people. Very clean, sheets and towels changed. Am planning another stay toward the end of the season.

No pool

Small and basic but clean and very comfortable. In a place like Santorini, you want to be out seeing the beautiful scenery so only need somewhere clean and comfortable to wash and sleep and this was perfect. Lovely hot powerful shower, large very comfy bed. Air conditioning. Location is amazing. Less than 2 minute walk from more shops, restaurants and bars than you could ever visit in a week. Stunning view and beautiful beach. Lovely friendly staff who were very helpful. Daily cleaning services We had a lovely stay

Excellent location, 3 minutes to the beach, view from the balcony of the sea and the mountain. Everything you need for a comfortable stay is in the room: excellent beds with comfortable mattresses, pleasant bed linen, towels, a mini kitchen, and daily cleaning.

What is expected in holiday is to be in relax, but if you can add the interaction with people everything is better......Cleopatra, Penelope, Addonis, Christos, Elias and all the other people we met added that "something else"....the added value that is the mix of humanity, kindness and culture.

I missed not having a toaster, but that’s a very minor observation.

Great location at one end of Kamari beach, basically on the beach. In a very quiet and peaceful location but everything (shops, restaurants ect…)very close by, comfortable beds and nice linen, with towels also provided.

Kamari is a beautiful town, however, is a bit far from Fira, so take that in consideration, also, you have to walk a lot from the apartments to the bus stop. About the apartment, there was definitely a problem with the black waters, as the bathroom stink. The smell was really strong and really bad. Also, their cancellation policy is very strict, which I understand but they should also be more flexible, depending on each case, they charged me a month ahead my arrival, they said I requested to be charged which wasn’t true, they asked me to go with booking because they didn’t charge me, but booking said they did charge, and so I wanted to cancel but they said they would not return my money, and that was a month ahead my trip, so I believe they should analyze each case to be more polite with peoples situations.

Very nice neighborhood, Kamari is beautiful, and I liked that is very close to the beach.
