Space for store our clothes is not enough. Should be more places to hang towels and to organize clothes. Also the bathroom doesn't have a shower door, and the bathroom stay all wet after the shower. Just this 2 things. Overall was a good experience.

Staff amazing, Nikos gave many recommendations about the city and also help us. Location is perfect, just 5 minutes walking from the main station bus in Fira.

If I have to say something is the low pressure of the water in the shower but I guess it’s a common problem in the island

While there is an electric tea/coffee maker in the rooms, the hotel does not have any catering facilities. But the proximity to the local shops and restaurants means that you can walk to a food and beverage spot in less than 2 minutes. The walk from the main road to the hotel is an easy downward walk but people with walking problems may find the walk upwards to the main road a little strenuous, especially with luggage.

The hotel is is a little off the main road in Fira, in a residential locality, about 2 minutes walk from the local Macdonalds and many shops. So, no sound of traffic, and little to no pollution. We got an upgrade for our room, and it was extremely spacious, as was the bathroom. The main city bus stand (from where we took our bus to the port) was a 10 minute walk from the hotel. The folks at the front office reception were very helpful and the hotel also provides a free pickup from the airport, for stays of 2 nights and more.

Gorgeous decor, smells lovely, comfie bed, convenient location in central Fira. Big parking lot within less than a minute walking distance for our rental car! Lovely receptionist. No complaints whatsoever.

The wonderful friendly staff. George and Nick were so lovely and could not do enough to make sure I had everything I needed. My room was lovely, very clean, bed was so comfortable and I loved the little balcony where I could sit and relax with my coffee in the morning.

Great location, really clean. Car park within 30 seconds of hotel. Pool was brilliant. Staff was amazing. Family friendly. Big group stayed here for my wedding and staff couldn’t do enough for us. Free transfers from airport and back.
