Because of the nature of the town roads it can be difficult to find the hotel when you first arrive. But when we called them George happily came to meet and guide us to the hotel. We also felt the room space could be better organized, it was hard to have our suitcases open and be able to move freely. But overall we weren't too bothered about that.

The room is nice, comfy, clean and stylish. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The location is amazing, central and close to everything especially the bus station. We loved it.

The property is beautifully designed-- black/wood touches-- very minimalist. The property is not caldera-view; but I didn't mind because the wind and the noise will keep you up all night. They clean the rooms daily and refresh the towels and amenities. George and his nephew Niko are perfect hosts. Extremely kind and corteous. Ask them for food recommendations and they have a whole list of where and where-not to eat.

Sign. there was no obvious sign to tell guests how to find the property. if you arrive without data, you will be lost. the neighbors couldn’t tell what we were looking for.

Great location. clean and affordable. 2 minutes walk to city center. The hosts provided great food options and the food was absolutely delicious.

The only minor point I would make that we had rooms on the ground floor by the main entrance so could hear people walking in and out of the building, whilst this wouldn't stop me staying here again I would probably request a room away from this area in future.

Hotel is in a great spot in the centre of Fira, easy walking to bars, restaurants and bus station. The staff in the hotel are absolutely brilliant - Nick provided us with great recommendations for restaurants and even helped us book them (also worth noting all his recommendations were excellent!). Room was very very clean with some of the appliances being brand new.

the Italian shower makes water come all around the bathroom and warm water took a bit of time to come but the workers made everything to make the bathroom clean every day and took the water out every time they saw us leave the hotel without need to ask !

Really nice located hotel. The people working there were really nice and offered us a warmed welcome and gave as all the informations to be able to visit the island. We really liked their kindness, always had the word to make us smile. Also liked the fact that there was a little table next to each suites so you can take a little time outside. We took our breakfast here since we also had a fridge. Really recommand this hotel, we see that they really want people to enjoy their stay and that’s the most important !

Walking to another building round the corner for our room - which was away from the main hotel building. An empty swimming pool. The view although a "sea view" was most easily accessible using my binoculars and turning 90 degrees! Dreadful coffee facilities, no water for the kettle (can't use tap water in Santorini to drink)

The water from the shower went under the glass panel. other than that, I really enjoyed this place.

The entrance to the parking area is abit narrow. No wander most of the cars in Santorini are small due to the road size are small & narrow. We stayed for 4 nights & the first 2 nights (Sat & Sun) our sleep were disturbed by the loud music from the nearby pub but the last 2 nights was ok as it was on weekdays.

Nick is a very helpful & friendly host that he pointed out the places of interest on the map for us to venture around. Clean & nice design of the triple room & we really enjoyed the private patio that we used for breakfast. The hotel is also located in central Fira where we can get the food easily by foot.

The lady at the reception was super nice and gave us excellent recommendations! The location its unbeatable! It's short walk to the acropolis so is perfect to make an early start and beat the crowds.We'll be back again!
