Nothing - everything was perfect!

This hotel is the perfect place to stay when visiting Santorini. Firstly, the suites are beautiful and so clean. The housekeeping service is seamless and we returned every day to a spotless room and balcony. The views here are exceptional and it is so private and quiet. Ideal if you want a relaxing holiday. We hired a car and it was so easy to drive into the busier areas, the furthest we drove was only about 35 minutes. The food is delicious, some of the best food we had during our trip was had at Santorini heights! Also you can basically have any food you want, nothing is too much for the staff here. We were also treated to lots of tradition Greek dishes which were amazing! The experience staying at Santorini heights is very personal and you feel cared for by all the staff - they really just want to help you have an amazing holiday! There is also a perfect sunset spot only a few minutes drive up the road from the hotel, and very quiet in comparison to other places on the island. Me and my husband spent a week here for our honeymoon and we are so glad we chose Santorini heights. I can’t think of a more perfect place to relax on this island. We have to mention Thomas whose hosting skills are exceptional. He helped us with all our dinner reservations, ensuring we had the best seats with amazing views. Recommendations for places to visit and activities, arranging our hire car for us and any taxi transfers we needed! He is happy to assist with absolutely anything you need and he really helped make our stay even more special. Thank you Thomas!!

The location is beautiful, but if you would like to get to Fira or Oia it will be a drive. If you’d like to go out exploring the night life definitely recommend either calling a taxi or requesting a ride as the hotel is one of the highest points on the island and gets pretty dark at night!

Beautiful property! It was fully booked when we arrived and I never saw any other guests. A super private and beautiful place to stay. Thomas is wonderful and was able to assist with absolutely everything and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Would definitely stay again!

This hotel is easily one of the best I have ever stayed in. Thomas contacted me a day before arrival to confirm whether we had transfers booked. We didn't so he arranged that for us, letting us know the cost and that the driver would be waiting for us at the terminal. At the same time, he asked what kind of pizza we liked so he could have one available for our late arrival. We were picked up at the airport as expected and ferried off to the hotel to meet Thomas. We sat in reception with a glass of local wine while Thomas took the time to detail the island, including the restaurants he recommended and how the hotel works generally. After that, he led us to our room. Service at the hotel is perfect. Every day, you place your order for the next days breakfast via a website accessed using a QR code attached to the keys. Drinks and food can also be ordered via this app. Breakfast was laid out on the hotel terrace every morning and lunch the same. We at lunch at the hotel for the two full days we were there and couldn't fault it. The cocktails were also great. Thomas helped us arrange transfers to Nobu for dinner our first night, and on the afternoon of our second day arranged for a dinner and transfers to Barolo, which was one of his recommendations. When we arrived at the restaurant we were asked what hotel we came from; after confirming Santorini Heights we were whisked to a table right by the edge of the cliff with a perfect view of the sunset for dinner. The food was also very good and I'm glad we went with Thomas' recommendation. Thomas also assisted in arranging a catamaran cruise for our last day, and kept our room for us while we were away as they had no bookings. On return we were able to use our room to clean up in comfort prior to returning to the airport. You might read these reviews and wonder whether Thomas could really be that good - he is, without a doubt. If you book this hotel you will not regret it. I do not.

The property is gorgeous! Everything is just like the pictures. We stayed in the Vine suite and the pool was heated to around 26-27c (perfect temp) and cleaned daily. The view was incredible and so lovely to only be a 15 minute drive from everything (Fira, the port, Akrotiri, the airport ect) but in complete serenity. Thomas is amazing and an asset to Santorini Heights. He is so knowledgeable and helpful, but also feels like a friend who knows the island and wants to show you around. We went to Franztescos seafood taverna on Thomas’ recommendation and it was wonderful. No frills seaside restaurant on the water, where you can rent a sunbed and swim on the black beach at Perissa after your meal. We also went on a wine tour of the island, scheduled to end at sunset, great wines and beautiful views, recommend this as well. Definitely would love to come back and stay again!

We could not fault the villa in any way at all, the staff are exceptional, welcoming and accommodating in every way, they go above and beyond to ensure that every need is catered for. Friendly and most importantly the staff enjoy their jobs and give 110% phenomenal service. Thomas is first class and made our holiday the best I have experienced he is a credit to the hotel along side an amazing chef Katerina who cooks beautiful food. The housekeeping service provided by Xrisa was exceptional and groundskeeper Dimitris again efficient friendly and above his game. Thank you to the team for the most amazing time. WE WILL BE BACK.

You need a car but that will anyway save you a lot of money in Santorini. Plenty of parking space everyday.

I loved everything, the view, the calm location, the service with Thomas was just incredible. I travel a lot and this is undoubtedly one of my favourite vacations spot now. A gem of tranquility and sophistication in Santorini. Truly recomendo and will be back.

Our stay includes breakfast for 2 people every morning, and those were excellent. We can enjoy wonderful Greek traditional food in suite. Mousaka & Gyros was exceptional. Also, I definitely received wonderful service from Thomas (Receptionist). Thomas took care of our whole stay. Always tried best to make our stay memorable. Really enjoyed our vacation in Santorini Suite (Especially this is for our Honeymoon trip!) We will definitely visit again if we planned to trip to Santorini in future.

Easily the most lovely hotel we’ve ever been to!! Very personal approach with only x5 suites so Thomas and all of the team provide the most incredible service! We wanted for nothing our whole trip! Thomas is so helpful at organising any activities, calling restaurants to help get you a good table and arranging any transfers. He arranged for a car to be dropped off at the hotel for us to rent which was so convenient! The suites are gorgeous as well, spotless, so comfortable, outside area has stunning views down towards the coastline and lovely pool with jets. The suites are in a slightly quieter area of the island near Pyrgos and only about a 20 min drive from the port. Pyrgos itself is lovely, great restaurants and a bit more laidback compared to Fira or Oia.

The location being close to the highest point on the island provided both stunning views and a quiet retreat from the bustle of the main towns, which suited us perfectly, although having a car is recommended. We were so warmly welcomed by Thomas the hotel manager who is passionate about making your stay as perfect as possible and was so friendly and helpful throughout. A massive thumbs up to Thomas. The beautiful modern accommodation is built to a high standard and spotlessly maintained. We had a suite with private pool which was such a pleasure to relax into whilst taking in the magnificent sea view from high up at the end of a day’s sight seeing and to also sit beside whilst enjoying the delicious breakfast served to order each morning. Our stay of a week was a pure delight that exceeded our high expectations. If we ever return to the island we will definitely aim to stay there again.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful location, and I cannot say enough good things about my experience. From the moment I arrived, Thomas, the host, made me feel incredibly welcome. He is the most warm, friendly, and helpful host I've ever encountered, always going out of his way to ensure everything was perfect. The location itself is a hidden gem. Perched in a serene and elevated spot, it truly made me feel on top of the world. The tranquility and quietness were unparalleled, providing a much-needed escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. One of the highlights of my stay was undoubtedly the Youvetsi. It was absolutely delicious, a culinary delight that I will remember fondly. The accommodations were impeccably clean and very comfortable, making it easy to relax and unwind. Having to leave our pool

We had the most amazing stay here for our honeymoon and it offered us exactly what we were looking for: a quiet oasis to relax in and a luxurious experience that made it feel like a big treat for us. We spent two days relaxing by our private pool (which was bigger than we had assumed based on the photo) and the other days exploring the nearby town of Pyrgos (35 minute hike away) and the most famous towns of Fira, Oia, Imerovigli and Firostefani. We did have to rely on taxis to get around (as we do not drive) but we saw a lot of people rent quad bikes to get around the island as an alternative option. Santorini Heights is at the highest point of the island, so you get beautiful views and sunsets from your own outside area. While there is a road next to the property, it is very quiet and does not have a lot of traffic due to the location being so remote from the major towns. It felt very quiet even though all the other rooms were occupied. We barely saw the other guests and although we had a balcony overlaying our outside and pool area, we never felt too perceivable by other guests. If you have read other reviews, you will know that Thomas, the hotel concierge par excellence, is a bit of a Booking celebrity at this point, so there were high expectations. He exceeded the expectations at every point. Whether it came to booking us taxis, arranging a late check out, bringing us complimentary drinks at the perfect moments or arranging restaurant bookings for us, he did everything so smoothly and anticipated our needs in a way that we never experienced at another hotel before. He will also adapt recommendations to your own preferences and budget. Housekeeping and breakfast were also managed very smoothly and it was so much fun deciding what breakfast to go for every day, as you can choose between different options. We also had 2 dinners there due to convenience and enjoyed both of those as well and thought the price was reasonable.

Everything was perfect about Santorini Heights! Located on the highest point on the island, we enjoyed the most incredible views - and even woke up above the clouds one morning! It was truly magical. The Summit Villa was just incredible, but the jewels in the Santorini Heights crown are the amazing staff who were consistently attentive and friendly. And of course biggest thanks and absolute adoration goes to Thomas, who, after emailing us a few weeks before our arrival, and helping to secure restaurant bookings as well as perfecting our itinerary for our stay, when we finally met him it was like greeting an old friend! His energy and beautiful personality really was such a wonder- we have stayed in other amazing hotels around the world but have never encountered such personalised and genuine warmth. The location is away from the madness of the busier towns, but believe me that is a good thing! The crowds are intense and actually we didn’t spend any time in Oia because of it. You can witness the beauty of the island from the other towns dotted around. Taxis are expensive to and from the hotel so (25 euros one way to the local town, is the cheapest) car hire is therefore recommended- but wonderful Thomas can help with this! We had a car delivered to the hotel and drove it back to the airport. Enjoy driving on Greek roads! Also recommended is a boat trip to see the island from the sea, as well as the glorious sunset- but of course, Thomas, again can help you with this! I also have to mention Thomas’ exemplary ability to make delicious cocktails! Order via the app (along with some very delicious meals!) and they are brought to your room for you to enjoy! And we definitely enjoyed- especially the mojitos!

I cannot even begin to describe how incredible our stay was from start to end. Thomas was absolutely incredible and super helpful with making all our bookings and recommending the best restaurants. He managed to get us incredible sunset view tables and we honestly had the most amazing time on this break. The villa was absolutely beautiful with the most stunning views and the service was brilliant too. Nothing was too much trouble. Huge thank you to Thomas and the incredible team. everything was wonderful! the only thing to note is the location is away from the more famous places like Fira and Oia so taxis around add up quickly. However it’s a beautiful location with great views.

The villa is spacious and comfortable with everything you need. All of the staff are so friendly and helpful and a special thanks to Thomas who looked after us throughout our stay with great recommendations and was always only a text away. Breakfast was delicious and so convenient to order on the app.
