My only complaint -I wish they had a communal dustpan and brush so we could sweep out floor daily, it was dirty after 4 days. I should have asked for one!

Lovely friendly staff, super helpful and accommodating. Great pool, bar staff were great, room was basic but totally fine. It felt safe.

We were in a double tent. Noise. Pool bar is loud till 11pm (manageable). Club near-by is VERY loud 12am till 5am. Dogs bark till 5am and then roosters start crowing. Mosquitoes. Tent has many holes to the outside. Large, noisy mosquitoes flew around/bit us all night. Bed. Hard and uncomfortable. WiFi. Didn't reach tents at all. Patchy/not that good in common areas. We didn't want to dislike this place. It's super affordable for Fira and is great on paper, but we're normally deep sleepers and had some of the worst sleeps of our lives. If you're going to be out clubbing till 5am then it's perfect for you!!

Staff were lovely and helpful. Pool was great. Bathrooms were good, plenty of stalls for a large hostel and as clean as you expect for a youth hostel. Fan in tent.

Terrible lack of effort on the management on property, in every aspect of the word - no communication with the guest, not even a little care to put at least basic stuff in the kitchen. Staff at reception has virtually no interest in guests what so ever. The answer to a "thank you" is "goodbye". The only interest you will get is when you want to book an excursion (a small commission for them). And even at that all they'll do is to sell you a ticket without informing you to bring comfortable shoes or a dark swimming suit, as it turns out to be needed. The bus stop is a mere few hundred meters away, but do they bother to go and take a timetable? No! They will charge you extra for leaving your luggage on the open access shelf outside, which says "we do not take responsibility for the luggage you depisit here". So, what is the charge for?! All in all, if you just want somewhere to stay, go for it. But don't expect any attention or any questions answered. Margarita at reception has summed it up well: "It would be more expenses for us". Really sad. The place could be so much nicer if only the staff and especially management wanted to make a tiny more effort. Even if it meant that guests have to pay more.

Reasonable if you just want somewhere to sleep. Pool area is good. So is the feel of a Little sitting area near the dorms. The guys at the bar are in a good humour

The mattress in the glamping pod was much too thin so we didn't get good sleep on our first night. the hard wooden plank underneath hurt our hips and back so we complained to reception who gave us a second mattress which resolved that. The bar staff were rude and didn't really want us hanging around. They do not let you sit at the bar but unless you are actively purchasing drinks even if you are a guest and watching TV. This put us off going there at all. Restaurant staff are nicer. At one stage we ordered a pizza for €10. the pizza was clearly cooked from frozen was very small and was not cooked completely. When we ordered this pizza at the pool side bar, i was wearing my swimsuit. 2 female members of staff looked me up and down then look to at each other and started laughing this made me feel very uncomfortable and self-conscious. Very unprofessional. We asked to heat up our food in the restaurant and we were told there is actually a kitchen on site. However, the kitchen cannot be used unless you have your own pots, cutlery and utensils. we were not made aware of this before booking. We also asked to borrow a glass and cutlery in the bar / restaurant area and this was met with hostility due to the facts that you are not allowed to eat food not purchased in the compound in that area. We were not aware of that. It is signed but not clearly signed. a member of staff pointed it out to us in a sharp and rude manner. The fan in the pod is not adequate and does not keep the pod cool. Also you will find many mosquitoes in your pod we woke up with lots of bites. There was often a bad smell in the women's shower area and at one stage one toilet in the cubicle was smeared with excrement. Try else where.

Pool was nice and clean. Location was good, close to bus and Fira town. Gyros were tasty but try "lucky souvlaki" in the town as it is cheaper and just as nice. 24h reception too with nice reception staff.

Bad communication. We arrived at 7.45am and the staff said our room was ready if we wanted to check in early with absolutely no mention of an extra cost. When checking out they tried to charge us an extra 30€ because we had checked in early (true) but that the overnight officer confirmed we arrived at 4am and slept?? ‘You sleep you pay’ was the rude line we got off the manager i believe? Luckily i had my flight arrival details to prove they were in fact incorrect and we didnt arrive till much later and didnt sleep. Save your self the hassle and make sure you don’t check in early even if the room is ready. Staff member running the bar was not very friendly either.

there was no proper information provided room was really unclean and unhygienic there were bugs on bed bathroom was worst & the door doesn’t close no WiFi or even signals to connect to your own data power went off one morning and even water was shut ; reception said it’s genuine issue but I left the hostel and there was power everywhere out. one receptionist said k can move out and get refund; when I booked else we’re and went to hand over keys other reception said there is no such thing called refund ; they just said the receptionist is new and information was not right. one of the worst stays ,in my entire travel history.

Notting was good about it including the reception staff who are extremely unethical and rude.

Disgusting conditions bathroom stinks of sewage and is dirty, cleaner didn’t even come to change the Bin in toilet for 2 days! Even after being cleaned still had dirt everywhere. Bathroom is covered in mould and rust. Mosquitos and flies everywhere. Bunk beds where child size- can’t even sit up in them. The room didn’t even look like an actual room and instead a utility room that they had shoved beds in. There’s 1 electricity plug in the whole room for 6 people! After someone staying in the room checked out the bedding on her bed stayed there for 2 days until someone came to change it.

The hostel looked like it hadn't been cleaned in several months. There was bird poop absolutely everywhere. We were scared to use the pool. The bathrooms were full of mould and rust, and we weren't provided with the towel. Blankets weren't cleaned. Cleaners come into room about an hour before check out and just wander around the rooms. Not enough outlets in 6 person dorm. There was only one by the door. Rooms were full of bugs. Bedding all contained holes. Bed linen was not automatically provided at check in. No lockers provided in the dorms. Has the potential to be a really nice hostel, just needs some renovation. Checked out after one night, and I had paid for two in advance, as I literally did not want to touch anything here. Still trying to get a refund from booking.com.

There was a pool. Location was really close to Fira town. I had friendly dormmates. Bed linen was clean. Good locks on doors, especially for the Greek islands. Staff were generally pretty nice.

The dorms were outdated, overcrowded and unclean. The bathroom needs a deep clean, shower curtain was stained, the taps were covered in grime and limescale. We went during off season, there was limited guests, the dirt in bathroom was not due to misuse.

Santorini camping hostel is huge. They have a big pool and layout away. A full restaurant with bar is located next to the pool. The site is a block from the main town. If you prefer a more quiet atmosphere it would be ideal for you.

People in the tent next to us made it impossible to sleep the 3 nights that we stayed there, they were screening and even punching each other. And no solution was given to us. Wifi only works by the pool. The bed is a complete rock.
