There is nothing that I would change. Everything was perfect.

The staff in the hotel were out of this world. They were so friendly and personable, and really couldn't do enough for you. They were professional but friends and it's the first time that I have ever left a hotel on holiday feeling sad at leaving the staff as they had become friends during the stay.

The only slight negatives were the lay-out and content of the breakfast buffet, the somewhat limited dinner menu and the fairly exorbitant cost of the minibar items.

This is an excellent resort hotel with some lovely spots to chill out. The staff from front to back were uniformly enthusiastic, attentive and helpful, which suggests they had been very well trained. The suite was spacious, comfortable and clean.

We booked a room with a hot tub / jacuzzi bath and unfortunately being on the ground floor there's no privacy screens of any kind which, given the tub is next to the luxury area pool, meant there were usually a couple of people in eye line and even if not there's also a well used passage down the back of the hotel which is only separated by a wooden trellis so never felt truly private. Also the hotel restaurant is (predictably) over priced which wouldn't have been so bad but the menu selection was small and seemed to be focused on fine dining (lots of vegetable purees...) rather than good local cuisine which seems like a missed opportunity when there's a whole beach front of local restaurants within a few minutes walk to entice you away from the hotel. A couple of other minor things they could do to improve: TV was quite dated (Had Internet Explorer as an included app!) which limited us to Netflix / Youtube in the evenings. Also would be nice to have one way coating on the windows so you could open the shutters without letting everyone see in. Lastly a heated mirror in the bathroom would have really helped as there's only a small window so it gets very steamy after a shower. These are a few minor things but I would emphasise we still very much enjoyed the stay and none of these spoilt the holiday in any meaningful way.

Great location: A minute's walk from the beach front. The hotel is lovely and the pool facilities are great. We were in the luxury area which has a private pool; wasn't essential for our stay but I can see it being necessary when the hotel is busier. Staff were all very pleasant and helpful. Cleaners are in twice a day to ensure you're never without a fresh towel! Breakfast buffet was varied and well stocked at all times which was great for us as we like to sleep in. We were really glad with our choice and would easily recommend.

Nothing to dislike

Amazing resort a couple of minutes walk to the beach, shop, bars and restaurants. We stayed in a luxury room with a shared swim up pool and it had everything you would need.Cleaned every day and fresh towels provided day and night. Clean towels on all the sunbeds too and replaced as soon as they were finished with. Staff were very helpful and friendly and couldn't do enough for you. We had the added bonus of Victoria who looked after all the guests in the luxury suites, she was amazing, nothing was too much trouble and she was always smiling and chatty and had time for everyone. Breakfast was a good selection and always fresh. Didn't eat dinner at the resort but had snacks and they also make e great frozen daiquiri. The saying goes you get what you pay for, would highly recommend this hotel

Great resort with wonderful staff, everyone is friendly and welcoming. They are very detail oriented, which is very important. The room was very spacious, nice and clean, we had a small terrace with a wonderful sea view. Thanks guys for that ;) The resort is located 3 minutes walk from one of the best beaches in Santorini. A large choice of good restaurants with sun-beds. We hope to come back

I only regret that we didnt book more days there, as it was fantastic!!

I was totally amazed by the service and the warm welcome we recived. The staff was fantastic and always on the best mood and one couldent ask for more! They were so helpfull and aleays looking for ways to make the stay better. The facility was also over my expectations, so clean and well kept, the vibe was fantastic. Also a plus that the sunbeds werent reserved, and there always are more than enough beds. Love that it was rooms with good walls so you couldnt hear people (if you needed an early night). The rooms were fantastic and so was the pools. And the perfect gym that lets you have a complete workout. And lets not forget about the breakfast, it had everyting and more (and always refilled). The location was soo nice, it took you 1 min to get to the beach and all the resturants/bars. And also perfect ride to the Oia aswell. However, we didnt want to leave the hotell as we wanted to enjoy every second of it!
