Absolutely amazing hotel we would stay here again. Clean, good location, friendly staff. We even got two free upgrades. The hotel couldn’t do enough for you. Food is amazing too. I would 100% recommend staying here!

Excellent stay here, the resort is fabulous with everything you need for complete relaxation. Staff are amazing and always trying to do whatever they can to enhance your time there. Breakfast was fabulous and location was perfect.

Music during the day around the main pool is not the best. Too much techno for my liking

Location is great, rooms are spacious and offer sufficient space for clothes and shelf space. The pools are all impeccable, and the staff, especially Kash, incredibly nice.

People were allowed to smoke in the restaurant. Yes, it was outdoors but it’s still not nice tasting cigarette/ cigar smoke when you’re eating your meal. However, I’m not sure what the rules are in Greece regarding cigarettes so I feel this issue was not just isolated to the hotel.

The staff were amazing! They couldn’t do enough to help you. They were always so polite, friendly and cheery.

It was a gorgeous hotel, staff were so friendly and were so accommodating. So polite and always smiling. Location is spot on, 10 minutes from the airport and a little walk into the restaurants by the beach. Really would recommend this hotel.

There was nothing to dislike. EVERYTHING was great, especially the terrific views of the sea and volcanic mountains from the hotel balconies. Treat yourself to a room with a sea view and a balcony and/or terrace -its the best way to wake up to a beautiful sunrise like no other and drift off to a restful slumber under the moon's glow as it reflects off the sea and casts its shadow on the volcanic mountain...

Santorini Kastelli in Kamari is, by far, the best hotel to stay at during your visit. All of the staff at the hotel, from the concierge staff, the porters, the shuttle drivers, housekeeping, general manager, and all of the staff in the dining area, located on site at Lydia Restaurant, are exceptional! It was so nice to hear "Good Morning/Afternoon/Evening" along with a smile. You will encounter people who are friendly, sincere, polite, kind-hearted, accommodating, and so welcoming! The servers were top-notch, so delightful and friendly. I stayed at the hotel for only 7 nights, but the staff were so wonderful and friendly that I gave serious thoughts to extending my stay. Thank you, everyone! Of special note is how clean this hotel is. Wow! The housekeeping staff are incredible! My room was so well taken care of and so well cleaned every day, with fresh, luxurious, and fluffy towels replaced daily. Thank you so much, Anna! Everyone made my first stay in Santorini the best trip I have ever taken. I will most definitely stay there again, and again, and again! Highly recommend this hotel. Luxurious and authentic Greek Papoustanis soap, body lotion, shampoo, and hair conditioner products are supplied here too, adding to the luxurious appeal of Kastelli Spa & Resort Hotel. Forgot to mention the comfortable mattresses and pillows that aided me to sleep so well...Plus, the calm, peaceful and serene environment at the hotel adds to the overall effect of being on a Greek island. Many lucious green plants, trees, and beautiful Indigenous flowers of Santorini surround you throughout the hotel and are also located near several of the pools - you need to check out the infinity pool! The hotel itself is outstanding, with rooms designed in cave-like styles showcasing beautifully sculpted arches, cavern-like washrooms, stone-like formed beds, stone-like-formed shelving, marble flooring, white washed walls and turquoise blue coloured furnishings.

The staff are so friendly and helpful. Excellent choice of food available for breakfast and of a high quality. Whole site kept beautifully clean with colourful planting. The pools kept to a very high standard.

I don't like the policy that not allowing the staff without sunglasses. They work 7 days a week for 6 months straight. The will get bad eyes in the end of season. Please let them wear a sunglasses to keep the sun of their face. It is very hot out there. The pinacolada doesn't taste like pineapple is tastes just like cordial.

I love our stay in Kastelli it was so beautiful I wish I could stay there for little longer in honeymoon suits. I love our staff Victoria she is the best staff ❤️ and worth more money. Cash from the restaurant every morning he is just number one always asking you to make sure if we need anything he is always smiling. Breakfast is so good every Morning. The staff very helpful. Keep it an amazing work.
