Breakfast was delicious and rooms were spacious and spotless. Staff were very helpful. The hotel was in a great location. Only a few minutes walk to the beach but peaceful at night. Will definitely be back!

Everything about our experience at the hotel was fantastic from the moment that we were greeted on arrival. Beautiful surroundings and layout , choice of various pools spotlessly clean rooms and common areas, lovely breakfast and lunch .L ots of choice, happy friendly staff and wonderful spa treatments.Great location 5 minutes walk to restaurants , bars and shopping.

The only downside with it being May (around 20-25 degrees) was that the pools were cold so not often used by guests and tennis was chargeable at 15 euros an hour. However, the pools being cold is normal for any summer holiday hotel and would be great when the temperatures get warmer!

The hotel was great value for money and had a really nice greek feel with the decor. The staff were always friendly and helpful, the breakfast was very varied and the location was really close to the centre whilst also having a relaxed feel away from the crowds. You could always get a lounger and there were lots of different pool areas and options. All round great value compared to other 5 star resorts in Santorini and we would definitely recommend to others.

I can't say enough about this property. I will most definitely choose to stay at this resort again, except I choose the Luxury side of the property just for the experience. Gorgeous and exemplary best describes this property and it location...best in all of Santorini. If you plan to visit Santorini, you absolutely have to stay here...hands down. The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was an event...so many yummy options. The view was perfect. It's close to shopping and the black sand beach. But wear shoes because their beach is all rocks. Very close to fine dining restaurants, hookah, dancing, shopping and tour reservations. If you stay here you will be telling your grandkids, grandkids about this hidden gem.

I liked everything. Just the bathroom was I big high for me to lift my feet in to bath.

Their breakfast was great. Their staff was very respectful especially the waitress. I think there should be more caution notice by the door to avoid people hitting their heads on the door thinking there is a two way out by the other side coming out from the restaurant.

The Wifi was temperamental at times, but I’m guessing with so many visitors using the network this can happen. Could also have a few more English speaking channels on the TV. The only thing we could watch & understand was BBC news. Also, I stayed with my 8 year old daughter and she loves reading so was excited they had a library, only to disappointed that there were no children books.

Everything about this resort is amazing! The food, the grounds, the pools (think I counted 4, could be more) was exceptional. They have THE MOST AMAZING STAFF! Everyone was so friendly, nothing was ever too much. The rooms are cleaned everyday, and beds are comfy. Loved the breakfast buffet, there’s something for everyone. The beautiful Kamari black sand beach is literally only a few mins walk from the hotel. One of the reasons why I choose this hotel. Special thanks to Dimitrios (I believe is the manager), from first point of contact he was a delight. Very accommodating, an absolute pleasure. Overall, I had a fantastic time, loved my stay at Kastelli. Hope to return one day and stay longer!

The best hotel we’ve ever been privileged enough to stay at. Gorgeous buildings, and it only gets more breathtaking when you walk in. The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. And the beach is so close, 2 minutes of walking! Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Santorini!

We enjoyed it all. We'd only suggest to extend opening hours of the facilities even more as we are they are great and for everyone to enjoyed it more after exploring the island and/or a beach/pool day (e.g. the Spa & Pool).

Our Stay was excellent from the beginning to the end. The staff arranged an airport pick-up, smooth check-in and wonderful suite for us. It was super comfortable & beautiful with a terras, kingsize lounge bed in front of a plunge pool in front of the suite with Palm Trees. We really enjoyed the warm welcome, check-in with a welcome drink and the luggage service. The staff was super quick in replying to our transfer request on the same day and upgraded us to a comfortable suite. The staff was super helpful & friendly during our stay. Cleaning every day with fresh towels. We learned a lot from Santorini and about Greece. We enjoyed it so much and decided to stay an extra night. It's beautiful and we met friendly other couples with whom we went for dinner and drinks. It's also just 2 minute walk from the beach ⛱️. The breakfast has great options. Next to all this we enjoyed a relaxing couples massage which was a magical experience, we got the Sauna, Steam Room & Jacuzzi for ourselves for 2 hour topped up with a bottle.of prosecco & 30 minute massage. Thanks to all the Kastelli Resort staff for making our stay memorable & comfortable.

The staff greeted us at the door to welcome us is. Everyone was so kind and helpful. The room was luxurious and clean and the views were amazing. Everything about our stay was 5 stars. We arrived the last week of the season, but nothing was shorted!
