The apartment is on the 1st floor and access is by a staircase, so this could pose a problem for people with mobility issues.

A conveniently located apartment with easy access from the bus terminal and close to the shops and restaurants of Fira. The apartment was extremely clean and well-equipped- there was even a video projector and screen! A special thanks to the person who is on hand to serve breakfast and provide an overall friendly presence.

A room manual would be great so that the guests don't have to start guessing and playing around with the remotes and all the room features Breakfast could include some fresh vegetables.

Location is great, the owner is very helpful and nice. The customer service is great. The room has a lot of well thought details and it really has everything you may need to make you comfortable.

Veg and Non veg breakfast were kept side by side to use same spoon too. Please mark them (veg/Non veg) and keep separately.It's good for vegeterian people like us.

Location ,Modern Amenities and super clean with big balcony facing towards sea. The room has a big SMART TV with NETFLIX😍 ,sorrounding sound system and a projector too to watch anything you like.Breakfast was also good.

the hotel was just perfect, the manager Cleo took great care of us. located right in the town center, it’s just a short walk from the bus station and there are shops, restaurants, bars…everything just minutes away walking. clean and had all amenities needed.

As it is in the center, it was a bit noisy at nights, but for us it was not a problem.

The room was very nice, equipped with all the necessary amenities and even more. It had a projector and computer for lovely movie nights. The location is very convenient as it is in the center of Fira, near the bus stop and additionally the nearest beach is not so far. Host was quite helpful not only in the matters connected to the hotel but in matters connected to island as well. The breakfast had quite a variety and was delicious. The cleaning lady that was serving the breakfast was also very kind :) Overall it was an awesome stay.

We came back to our hotel after breakfast one morning and found the cleaner (who is also the breakfast serving staff) smoking in our balcony on her mobile phone. She was so heavily engaged in her chat that she didn't even notice us come walk into the room. She had left our room door wide open to the communal hallway with our belongings in sight which we were shocked about. Anyone could have walked in and taken our belongings! This could happen because the main door to the building is not door code protected, anyone can walk in to the hallway using the stair case easily. The hotel manager was late for our arrival although he was profusely apologetic about the traffic cause. We specified our arrival time though he met us 30 mins late to give us our keys so we were hanging around waiting outside unfortunately for us, tired from our flight and in need of a rest.

Location was very good, opposite eateries and close to the main Fira/Thira bus station and a taxi rank. The main strip is outside the hotel. The apartment manager showed us how to use all the media and entertainment including Netflix guest use account the room had. He was very helpful in local restaurant suggestions and made 2 calls for us for that evening dining availability. Breakfast in the morning had good meat and veggie options of sandwiches, hot items, pastries and fruit. Fresh coffee, tea and juice plus free water bottles in bedroom fridge daily. There was a welcome yoghurt/dessert treat too in fridge for our arrival. Electric exterior shutters to block out harsh sunlight and for privacy.

As it's in the city center, and the shops close very late (2h or midnight), we can hear a lot of noises in the evening.

The hotel is very clean and good located in Fira, only 2 min by walking to the bus station. The television facilities are very modern.

Everything was perfect. The staff are kindly and very welcoming. The place was clean and spotless. The breakfast was delicious, and they had varieties. The location is great to whom wants to explore Thira centre. Close to the bus station, it was only €1.60 to go to the airport by bus and it wasnt a long ride. I loved everything about it.

A very high-tech room in the best location of the City! You have PC, Netflix, projector to enjoy your movie at night and a big balcony in the main square to enjoy your coffee or breakfast. Also complimentary water, soda and sweet is the best thing you want to see when you arrive at a property.
