We absolutely loved our 4 night stay in Villa Dima! The Villa is very comfortable and has amazing views of the blue dome church and sea. The rooms are very comfortable , great walking access to the beach.

The apartment was lovely with a balcony and views of the mountain, sea and the town. Cleaned daily and had everything you could need. Dimitri who own the property were great and couldn't so enough for us, all the staff were friendly and helpful. The location is great, close to the beach, bars, restaurants and a couple of mini markets. We ate in the Perivolos restaurant a couple of times, both lovely meals and I'd have to say that it was my favourite moussaka of the holiday and I tried a few!!! Would definitely stay here again. Stayed a week in at Villa Dima in Santorini. The hotel itself is gorgeous with comfy rooms. The hotel itself is very clean and well maintained. The beach is just 3 min away. The hotel staff were all amazing, cheerful, happy and always willing to help whether that is recommending places to eat, booking restaurants for you or arranging taxi’s. Perissa itself is a lovely area to stay as has plenty of restaurants and bars but takes you away from the hustle and crowds in Fira and Oia although both of these areas are a must see. This is a beautiful island to visit and I would highly recommend Villa Dima.

We stayed in a very spacious triple room, with a small kitchen, which all utensils needed. Terrace with a table and cozy armchairs. Very pleasant environment, full of plants and flowers. Very good views from the room. Very good customer service, they pick you up from the airport and the owner is very attentive.

We had an absolutely amazing experience at Hotel Villa Dima! The hotel is just a 3mins walk down to the beach and with all the shops and restaurants, and yet the rooms feel so peacefully quiet with a gorgeous view. I was pleasantly surprised with how well-organised, guest friendly, professional and exceptional their service was from booking to check out. The owner is great and the staff were so helpful and communicative via WhatsApp too. Their guest survey-form before check-in makes the experience personalised and thoughtful. We were very grateful that upon check in and check out, the staff helped us with all our luggage which was so helpful because of all the steps. The reception staff gave us really nice travel tips and suggestions too. It's so nice to see how welcoming and friendly the staff is, and always smiling and positive. The view from our room was breathtaking and the bedroom was very comfortable. The breakfast in the in-room breakfast is exceptional!!! Thank you so much to the entire team for making our anniversary so special with the complimentary wine and fruits! We will surely visit again and next time stay longer. Thank you for giving us such a wonderful experience at your property even in such short amount of time. Thank you!

We were for short time in off season and very happy to stay at Villa Dima. Dimitri arranged for us a transfer service from the airport to villa and send us the self check-in instruction few days before arrival with all the information. When the driver drop off us at the hotel we just went direct tot the room and the room was ready for us and warm inside. At the checkout we left the key in the place where Dimitri told us . Thank you for everything.

We had a great few days in Santorini at Villa Dima. The location could not have been any better with everything within walking distance, and only a 2 minutes walk from the bus station. It is very quiet despite being so close to the restaurants and bars. The villa is just like the pictures, and the terrace is bigger than we expected. It was very windy while we were in Santorini so we didn't get to use it much. The bathroom is new and clean and they provide daily room cleaning. The amenities in the room were as listed, except we have to ask at the reception for ironing board tand the iron! We had a lovely stay and would definitely recommend. Thanks!

The aparthotel is located just 200m from the beach, is clean, modern, and well decorated. There is everything you need, including the breakfast and the airport and port pickup. The room is well equipped exactly as described, with everything you need for your stay, and the reception communication is excellent. Nothing is too much trouble. The bed and linen is also excellent. Top hotel quality, it is a great place to stay. The aircon works very well so you can get rid of the heat and much of the humidity, but in that case the heat exchanger blows warm air directly onto the small balcony which for us, made it unusable. We had a very nice and comfortable stay and enjoyed sitting out on the private balcony.

The villa is absolutely beautiful!! Dimitri , villa manager was so welcoming from his first email to us, to contacting us whilst we were in Santorini before we checked in. He sent us recommendations via whatsapp and just generally was on hand if we needed him any time. The reception is open from 08:30am to 17:00 daily. The double room was just so perfect ! I cannot wait to stay again!! It has everything you would think of that you might need whilst away , all kitchen and utensils. Plus there was coffee and tea left for us which was a massive plus! All the bars and restaurants are about a 2 min walk to the beach.. Thank you so much - we loved out stay

We are very satisfied with staying at Villa Dima. Very comfortable, cozy and peaceful place, just one step from the seaside, I was there with a friend and he was very happy with the beach side. There is everything in the room whatever you need. Restaurant and bus stop are from 2 minutes walk, bus is going in every 30 min from/to the center(Fira) and the host is really super host very helpful and friendly, answers in a minutes and always ready to help, I highly recommend staying here

The beaches in the area are expensive and the water has rocks. But the hotel is near the bus station you can go anywhere basically

Dimitris helped with everything needed and was very responsive. The location of the apartment was great, close to every side of the island with a car. Apartment was cleaned every day, fresh towels as well. Highly recommend the place. Definitely coming back if going to Santorini.

We stayed at Villa Dima. From booking to our stay the commutation was amazing...thank you Dimitri. We gave him ideas of what we liked and he recommended and booked us trips, car hire and good restaurants. Nothing was too much for Dimitri! The Double studio itself was stunning, surrounded with white walls it felt really private despite only being a two minute walk to the centre of Perissa beach. There was cold water in the fridge. The transfer from airport was faultless and Dimitri was there to great us with a very warm, friendly welcome. The room had everything and more for a family stay. The kitchen had everything you would need....we ate out so much that we didn't really make use of it. Beds so comfortable we found ourselves sleeping late! Housekeeping were flexible and friendly. Dimitri kept in touch throughout our stay and even sorted our car hire to give us time to visit all Island. I would recommend this villa to anyone. Affordable price with Dimitri providing the best customer service you could ever want for!

Perfect place to stay near the beach. Staff is very friendly and Dimitris hospitality make us a memorable stay at Villa Dima. They provide great breakfast in the morning with local fresh food. The beds are soft and comfortable and near can be found lot of restaurant and shops.
